The delivery guys that were assigned to install my washer/dryer set were very reluctant to do their job. First they said “it won’t fit”, which wasn’t true. Then he tried to give another lame excuse of why they couldn’t install my set, which I shut down and told them it’s an easy job. Take out the old set and put in the new one! So after installing it, despite the less than pleasant experience dealing with them, they did a decent job installing the washer/dryer.

The delivery service was very nice and put the dryer where we wanted .

Best Buy installers were on time, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. They were extra careful bringing in our new dryer as well as removing the old one. They installed a new power cord and vent kit on the dryer with expertise, then tested the new dryer before they left. We couldn't be happier.

The big difference in purchasing from Best Buy and their competitors is the installation . Best Buy has the most competent and professional associates.

The guys called ahead and showed up on time. They were very polite and got the dryer set up quickly. They made sure it was working properly before they left.

The delivery men were great and had no issue stacking the dryer for me on the washer in our closet. Then I asked them to move it and they were very nice. Efficient and friendly!

I know it's costly to pay for professional installation, but sometimes it's better to have a professional install your large home appliances (unless you know how to install yourself or you know someone who could do it for you).
