The guys were knowledgeable and friendly. Installation was good and they did a couple things that they didn't have to do but weren't real concerned about it being solid or real level. My husband leveled it when he got home.

I just can't say enough about the Best Buy delivery guys. They were very careful bringing my new dryer in the house and taking the old one out. They got it all set up and then showed me how to use it. Everything in our house is from Best Buy and it's because of the great service we get time after time.

The guys came in, were very courteous, they looked out for me as they identified a small dent in the appliance and made sure I was OK with it. They were quick to install and do things like I wanted it. They made it all seem like they were on my side. They were very timely too.

Delivery/ technicians were very Friendly & knowledgeable about product. Set new dryer in place, installed new electric cord, leveled unit , and complete unit test. Very Professional!!

The drivers took their time to install my new equipment and recommended me to get a different model I’m glad that I listened to them and I’m enjoying the new range and the space that I have now in my laundry makes everything fit perfectly.

The 2 young men that set up my Washer & dryer were excellent! They were very respectful of my home & me! They both took great care that I was totally pleased with the set up... they even stacked my washer & dryer on previous pedestals from my previous set! Very professional!

The installation team had trouble to figure out how to stack an Electrolux dryer on top of a washer. I purchased a stacking kit separately. It had instructions, but it looks like they did not exactly follow them (as I figured out later). Probably, I will need to call the customer service. Still give 3 stars for an effort and because the dryer sits stable on the washer. I would recommend to use the service unless one can have help to lift the appliance.

The guys were awesome. They put the door on the way I wanted it for efficiency for me. Super friendly, yet professional. They ran the dryer to make sure all was well and answered any questions that I had. They were super quick too!
