I cannot express how efficient and safe the delivery team was when they brought my new dryer. They not only had to take my old dryer, but they had to maneuver it down a narrow path. I am VERY particular about my floors, walls, doors, etc. These guys were superb, not a scratch. I am impressed.

Dryer has lots of options, but it doesn’t seem to dry as well using the regular settings. We set it to heavy duty and adjust other settings to get it to dry the clothes.

Jose' and Fernando delivered my washer on time and with seeming ease into a small space. Jose' leveled the machine and wiped off the washer (it had snowed). I truly appreciated their efforts.

I purchased the installation from Best Buy and I’m glad I did. I didn’t have to lift a finger and the installation price was great and affordable, a lot less than others I checked. Do yourself a favor and pay for convenience!

Replacing my dryer was a trouble-free experience. The delivery staff brought all of the tools and parts needed to get the job done, and it didn't take long to complete the job.

Installation is delayed two weeks because of the part. First, we were told nobody ordered this part and gave us another installation day, but it did not show up. When I called them, I was told it was rescheduled because they did not receive the part from the manufacturer. A week later, they installed the part and the dryer.

The delivery guys were great. Best Buy let me know the day before with a 2 hour time frame. The installer called me in the morning and they were on the dot. Took out my old dryer and installed the new one in 10 min. Even gave me a couple tips on the new dryer. Great job.

Best Buy was 10 minutes early for the install....very rare nowadays. I receive a call, voicemail, text alert and app notification letting me know the Best Buy installers were o their way. GREAT Experience and would highly recommend.

The Best Buy team, whether sales, delivery, or installation have given me great experiences. The electric dryer install was no exception. The arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and left the space clean when they were finished.
