On time and done right

The dryer door was supposed to be switched to open on the other side and one call got a second visit the next day. No hassle - happy with the service.

Need more training

I had to call electrician since the breaker kept tripping and found out that the installers had the wires took close and was causing an arc. Luckliy the dryer did work (for now) once this was corrected.

I was impressed at the professionalism, communication, and efficiency of this two man crew. They gave both the washer and dryer a test run.

They were on time, they worked hard at being efficient, they explained how to operate my appliances very thoroughly. I was extremely pleased with this process, and would recommend them to anyone.

Dryer installation

Amazing Installers Help Resolve All Issues

I thought that I had lost an earring inside the machine, and the installer opened the front of the old machine to find that earring. I feel very lucky to have had such professional and helpful men be the ones who came to my home.

The pedestals weren't going to work because of the way the dryer vent was set up so they took them back no problem and our account was credited. Great customer service!
