They hauled down to my basement, set level and got it going.

The two gentlemen that came to install my washer and dryer were great! They were extremely cautious as to not damage any doorways or walls and they worked quickly and proficiently. Very kind and polite, I could not have asked for a better experience.

My dryer was put in place and they even did a test run to ensure it was working correctly

Install went great. The guys showed up on time and installed it in under 20 minutes. Didnt damage my walls either. Well worth the money to deliver and install. Sad they arent FREE to deliver/install but the time saved and back pain saved is worth it.

Installation was fast, they were cautious of my house and the machine during delivery. I received a tutorial and basic operating instructions once finished and the guy cleaned his fingerprints off my machine and took all the trash with him.

Best Buy was within 5 days of purchase. Easy scheduling online. Narrow window day before. They called when they were on their way and they were actually early! Beats having a 12 hour window like most stores.

The crew that installed the dryer was very professional and neat. My only concern is they did not give us any instruction as to the use of the machine. It has two positions for the door and we could not figure out how to use it in any other than the hamper direction. After two weeks of trying, we finally figured it out. This could have been prevented by a quick demonstration by the installers.

Installation was done quickly and competently. It works well. I made sure the way was clear for them to bring it in.

The dryer is very quiet. It works well, dries evenly without wrinkling the clothes and is easy to set and use. I am very happy with it. I like the LG brand. I have other LG appliances as well and have had really good luck with them

I love my dryer, no problems. The installation was fast and handled well.

Communication was great. They gave me 45 mins notice and then called when they were 20 mins out. They installed it in a matter of minutes and stayed long enough to check it was working.
