The installation staff was amazing. Very gentle with the product, quick installation and very effecient. Great teamwork and service.

The installers were fine but pushed the dryer into the vent hose smashing it in.

Installation was smooth and fast and he had the dryer running in a few minutes. He did a demo run and explained some of the features.

I paid Best buy to install my dryer when they delivered it and the guys came out delivered it didn't touch any of the walls did an absolutely great job very courteous everything turned out great

Install went great. The guys showed up on time and installed it in under 20 minutes. Didnt damage my walls either. Well worth the money to deliver and install. Sad they arent FREE to deliver/install but the time saved and back pain saved is worth it.

The crew did a fast and efficient install of the dryer. It was connected properly to the wall vent and it worked nicely. They turned it on and made sure all was good before leaving.

I wasn't present when my dryer was installed but 3 months later I'm wishing I had been. The vent kit they used comes with 4 clamps to secure the ventilation from the dryer to the elbow joint, the elbow joint to the hose, and then the hose to the wall. Logically, you would think that would require minimum 3 clamps but only two were used. Three months later, the elbow joint came loose from the dryer and fell off because there was no clamp securing it to the dryer. This was realized during a load of laundry, after which steam and lint was blown all over my laundry room floor. Thankfully, I still had a clamp from my old dryer hose (the "spare" parts from the kit I had to purchase were not left after install), however, being a larger guy, it was very difficult for me to get behind the dryer and install the ventilation properly. We've not really had any issues with professional installs in the past which is the only reason I didn’t give 1 star. Still, it's disappointing I paid for an install that I ended up having to do myself again 3 months later.

Professionally installed by the team of Grosny and Jose. I was impressed by the manner in which they installed and stacked this dryer with the washer. There seemed to be no wasted movement in them stacking the appliance. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I was educated on how to use the dryer and advised on where to find more info about the washer/dryer set. This was an excellent job.

The company was very careful bringing the dryer into my house, and did a great job setting it up. They cleaned up the area after and run it to make sure it was working properly.

Overall the installation of the dryer was flawless. The two gentlemen carried it up 2 flights of stairs with ease and installed it pretty quickly. I was even shown the basic functions of the machine. My only complaint is that one of the delivery men walked through my multi-level home unsupervised to go get paperwork while leaving the other guy with me and that made me feel uncomfortable

The installers were professional but they arrived late. They said they were pretty backed up with other jobs. That was was understandable however it does throw other customers schedule off having to stand by extra hours waiting. Also I wish they had asked which way I wanted my washer and dryer doors installed because they installed them opening against each other which makes it a hassle transferring clothes from one machine to another. When I asked if they could flip them they claimed I would have to set up another appointment and it would likely be another fee unless I was a total tech member (which I am). They also mentioned how backed up they were in their other appointments so I just told them I’d call another time to schedule the door change or get my husband to do it because I didn’t want them to rush through it and do a poor job. Point being it would be nice if they ask customers how they want the doors installed.

Arrived on time and although I was told it was one of the more difficult installs (tight fit in my laundry room), they handled things flawlessly. The only draw back was they don't touch gas and since I was switching from a gas dryer to electric, so I had to disconnect the gas line and cap it. It was no problem as they allowed for my wife to run to the store and purchase the cap. They even let me use their power tools! Couldn't have been happier. What could have turned into a disappointing day, if they wouldn't have waited, couldn't have been better!

Had to return because washer wouldn’t work ( was a set) It seemed to work better than whirlpool that we ended up with Went with other brand
