The delivery drivers are super. Polite, respectful, careful but efficient. Highly recommend Best Buy delivery and install crew.

Installers text day before and called before they came, same day. Arrived on time and were very professional, courteous and abided by covid and respectful house rules.

They came in and listened I have a weird set up and usually the guys who do come think they know best. They came and did everything how it was specified.

The service person was on time per phone call...He was very efficient and performed the installation in a very timely manner. .He wa in and out, installed the dryer, Tested unit and hauled away the old unit in around an hour...A very professional group...

No problems getting it installed. I do wish the tech has asked which way I wanted the door to open prior to installation.

Fast and efficient.. Maybe rushed. Didn’t take time to explain anything, however due to the circumstances (Covid 19) I was just happy to get them installed.

I wish the installer would have pointed out the throw of the dryer door could have reversed from left-to-right to right-to-left because the washing machine is to the right of the dryer.

They reused my old vent, even though Best Buy said I needed to buy one. They said mine was in great condition and it wasn't needed. They unpackaged the dryer and installed it and then showed me how to use my dryer. It was a great service.

My first installation did not go well. The driver took the parts I had purchased for installation as well as parts that came with the dryer. As a result some of the functions did not work. I called to have my parts returned and was informed that the installation was done by a third party and had to have the entire dryer replaced because the they couldn't replace the missing parts. 6 weeks later a new dryer and installation was scheduled which was fast and thorough.

The dryer has been good but there’s was a miss communication with Best Buy and it wasn’t install correctly the first time and also had scratches on it

They came and removed our old clunker and installed a new machine within the set time and day. great deal for being total tech benefit.

I've had to have 2 appliances installed by Best Buy in the last month or so. They have all been respectful, following promised COVID safety precautions, and quick to do the job. Very pleased!
