The installation department called the previous day and when they were on their way to my home. The installers were at my home the time they stated. The appliance installers were professional and friendly.

Installation was quick and efficient. I was impressed that the installers configured our dryer vent it a much better way than had been done with our old dryer. It should be much safer now.

The installation was included at no cost. I think that the cost was covered in the additional expense that I had with the purchase of the dryer power cord and the washing machine fill hose, lol. The techs were polite, personable and efficient.

I highly recommend this service. Installers are efficient and professional. Dryer was installed in under an hour. A review of the operating procedures was provided by the installers as well as a review of the accompanying owners guide. FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!

I would call this white glove service. The installers were here ahead of time. They were actually waiting for me. They removed old machine and installed the new one within a short time. They even vacuumed the area and left area cleaner than they found it.
