They did a great job with dryer. It’s large enough for everything . And does a great job.

After setup, it had a slight rock in it. I asked if it was level and could he check it. I was told it was level and the rocking was the floor. I asked if he had a level, and could he check it? Long story short, no level no check and husband had to level it. Not very pleased. Not impressed. The only good thing, was that it was delivered and the old one was taken, even had to pay for that.

Guys did a great job! Super fast install and hauled away the old one. No damage to my walls moving items in and out. Nice guys!

This was a fix to the original installation of the venting to our new clothes dryer. This is difficult given the small confining area that both the washer and dryer are located in. The two that showed up to do the fix were professional and efficient.

The installation was done within 20 minutes. They brought everything they needed and had no issues.

The installation crew was wise enough to recognize that I had a potential fire hazard when they removed my old dryer to install the new one. My dryer is on an interior wall in the home and the vent had never been cleaned because I didn't know such a thing needed to be done. There was water puddled at the base of the vent tube which meant the vent up to the roof was clogged. I was able to get a dryer vent cleaner out the same day and was astonished at what came out. Then the dryer was able to be hooked up and works fabulously. I am so grateful they educated me on such a high fire risk.

Top notch guy's,professional and smart about products, and very fast

The man was very skilled and fast, but he did not introduce himself, installed the dryer without the vent,as he said it wasn't needed, but left the new one. Thank goodness because he did not clamp the exhaust onto the dryer and did not leave any paperwork except the manual. Good people just needs more detail.
