Superior delivery and installation experience. Top notch pre-delivery communication and installation. Very respectful of property, did a great job with the installation and looks perfect. Superior job and very satisfied. I have other choices but always choose best buy b/c of the superior work ethic and customer service.

The deliverers installed our dryer about 3 weeks ago. They did an excellent job and saved us from having to do the work ourselves. The job was done very quickly and correctly.

I had terrible customer service after purchasing my washer and dry with Best Buy. I order my washer and dryer the 12 of Hanuary and it was delivered and installed the 22 Of January. Mind you I had just gave birth to my baby and had just moved same week. So I was already dealing with plenty… I called because after five or six washes and drys I notice my dryer wasn’t drying at all. I called to have Bet buy come check it out and when I tell you I was told over six or seven time I either had to reschedule, they went to wrong address, and or didn’t have proper equipment or man power to come i finally got an appointment. I promise you I will never order a major appliance I can’t receive in store. It was terrible. I will say I had the best customer service experience with the Geek squad member Brian! He was polite and respectful. He walked me through every step and made me feel safe with being alone with my child which is very important as a women.

Installation was clean and easy. The installers were on time and did a good job.

The two men that installed my dryer did a great job. They removed the old dryer and installed the new dryer with no problems and it only took them a few minutes to do this.

The workers were quick and efficient! Friendly and got it going. Worth the fee of having to do it yourself.

Installed and set up pretty quickly. However it wasn't placed to where I could close my laundry room door and we were told it was because the vent hose wasn't long enough so we could buy a new one to push it over more. After we purchased a new hose, when we went to install it my fiancé was simply able to extend the original hose and move the machine over the little bit more it needed for the door to close. Don't understand why the installer didn't try that in the first place.

The dryer is great, but this review is for "installation". The door was facing the wrong way and couldn't open in the laundry area. The installation gentlemen informed me they couldn't fix that, I would have to schedule another appointment and it would probably have a $100 cost. 'tI didnt have a week or two to wait for a new appoinment, so I watched the youtube video on changing a dryer door and did it myself. not a good installation service when I have to do it

I am sooooo very happy that i purchased the delivery with install. I had moved the old stuff out the night before and cleaned extensively since my laundry is in my kitchen in my small home. When they showed up they looked at where it was going to go and the way into the home, then they went back out to the truck and pulled out the units put everything on them brought them in hooked them up and turned them on and ran through everything with me. No kidding they were here no longer than 15 minutes with loading up my old stuff which i had waiting outside. So very impressed with this service! thank you!

The cre was on-time, quick, and professional, what more could you want. The machine arrived with a dent, and post-sale customer service was not as good, slow response, cheap on the outtake, and promised a lot but did not deliver, the machine was installed anyway, the dent didn’t show, and the machine seems to work fine.

Guys did a great job moving the old dryer out and installing the new one. They were very professional.

I only give them 4 stars for my dryer installation because they didn't ask which side I wanted my dryer door to open. I should have thought to tell them, but didn't think about it until I dried my first load of clothes so now I have to bend over the door to load clothes from my washer to my dryer.

The crew that installed the washer and dryer were top notch. They moved with a purpose, disposed of the old washer and dryer and installed the new ones. They suggested repositioning the washer and dryer to allow for better and more efficient movement between the machines. They explained the basic functions of each machine and physically showed us how to operate them. All-in-all, it may have been the best installation we've experienced. I would highly recommend this crew. Thanks guys.
