Can’t beat the service Best Buy offers when it comes to installation. It was the main reason we bought from here. They installed the new dryer and hauled the other away.

Installation of our dryer was done without a hitch. They were on time, followed Covid guidelines and cleaned up when they were done.

They should be willing to hook up a dryer even if the vent pipe comes out from the floor.

Its perfect and 5 star for the installation service by Best Buy. We ran into wiring issue when they came to install but they came back withput the hassle of rescheduling it in the evening to install it.

This is the third theme Best Buy has provided appliance installation for us. They’re always very friend and helpful, ensuring that the basic operation of the new appliance is understood before they leave.

This was my second time Best Buy came out and the second time was good. The service Rep. Installed everything right and explained everything clearly.

You won't go wrong letting Best Buy install your new products, these guys are quick and know how to install quickly. I will always go through Best Buy for appliances. They came on time, installed fast and hauled off the boxes. Love their knowledgeable staff.

We had a scheduled timeframe for installation, received a phone call to get an update for what a more accurate time window would be. They were able to fit their large truck into a tight space and fit our appliance in nice and easy! Great service!

The truck driver and his helper connected hose line for the washer, installed the power cord for the dryer incorrectly (against code), failed to connect the hose line to the dryer in support of the steaming feature, and failed to correct the door opening direction of the dryer. Called customer service and they sent a second truck driver with helper. They were given an incorrect work order. Fix the direction of dryer door, connect the hose line to dryer, and correct power cord connection. They fixed the door opening direction refused to correct the power cord connection and after I raised my voice they connected the hose to the dryer. I called customer service to get the power cord properly connected. The customer service person ordered a new replacement dryer. The third truck driver took a look at the power cord connection, disconnected the power cord wiring, and installed a $1.00 metal piece to hold the power cord in place and left without the need to bring in a new dryer.

They arrived on time and quickly installed the dryer and took my old one away. They made sure everything was working before they drove away. We greatly appreciate it, especially coming out durinf the pandemic.

Crew were on time and done the job cleanly and picked up the old dryer.

My installation guy-Garis did a great job. I had them haul away the old dryer as well. This made it very easy on me. Because of the higher dryer temperatures make sure you use the rigid dryer venting versus plastic or that aluminum foil expandable tube.

Installers were super professional and courteous. They were quick to about 20 min start to finish.

The installation was professional, fast and efficient.

It took 2 weeks and 4 different groups of Installers to come out to hook up 1 dryer. The first installer came out and told me that since I purchased a steam dryer, I needed to have my hot water knob fix. I hired a plumber; got it done and the second installer came out and told me that I don’t need hot water. This is his exact word “ that guy is stupid, he had no idea what he is talking about!”. This was after I had already paid extra for a plumber. He installed it but then the machine made a loud sound so he told me to make arrangements with Best Buy because the delivered machine was defected. He pressed some buttons and so now the machine is locked. The third installer came out, looked at the machine; walked out to his truck and drove off without saying a words. I have to call Best But and waited 2 and a half hours to be serviced. There were no call back options! 2 and 1/2 hours of waiting!!! Finally they sent out the 4 installer after I threatened to cancel my order. Horrible service ever!

Quick and easy. The team made light work of getting this installed on top of my matching washer.
