I returned it. After attempting to install software on tab. and PC, I tried customer support. In very broken English, I found out there was nothing available for tab. or PC, only smart phone. Can only be viewed on monitor with HDMI cable attached. It did work fine on smart phone and when connected to monitor. If that's all you need it would be OK. They did say that software was being worked on but not available at this time.

All went well. They had their own tools so essentially plug and play. Easy install. I could have done it myself but we’ll why not.

The team from Best Buy were timely and professional. My drawer was installed within an hour and I would recommend their service.

I paid for the install but when I received the washer and dryer They could not be installed in my garage because of the set up. Later I got a plumper to move the connections back to the laundry room and I installed the washer and dryer in the laundry room.

The guys installed my dryer expertly and efficiently. They even gave several suggestions on how to place it for maximum ease of use. They made sure it worked before they left and that I knew basic operation. Overall I couldn't be happier with their service!!

This was a great service and i would recommend getting it done.

The only thing about this service that took any time, was the awkward positioning that took place behind the dryer. The delivery driver was courteous and friendly, answered all our questions and even humored my disabled roommate.

The two guys that delivered and installed were great. They were very careful and provided helpful information on why the machine was positioned the way it was.

The installation team did a great job. They were very considerate of our home and made sure to wipe their feet before coming in. They test the product for you, which was also appreciated. I highly recommend this installation team.
