I really like my dryer, but the installation process was painful. The guys that brought it just left it on the back deck and left. I finally got it installed by some nice guys, but they didn't have to use the kits. I'm waiting to have the credit show on my statement. My rating on service, professionalism, and expertise is one star for the first guys that came out, and rating for the second guys is 5 stars.

It was well worth it to have professionals install these units. There was an issue the first time BB came to install the units. We are on the 2nd floor of a condo, in a small laundry s closet the first installers ( late in the day , tired?, too much work? ) Did not even try to install the washer dryer combo. ONE call to the store and BB had a installation rep call and reset the appointment with an in house crew. That time it was fine, It was a very tight fit but the installers were great!! and worked through a couple of issues. The inhouse installers well made up for the poor first experience.

The guy knew what he was doing, made the installation look easy.

Outstanding! This was one of the fastest installations I've had for a washer/dryer. The installers were on time and quickly began work. They explained how the machines worked and the machines are still working. They cleaned up before they left and were very pleasant and professional.

The BestBuy's installation team did really great job setting up my dryer. They put the appliance at the best place and arranged it for the most convenient use. They even spent additional time with me to rearrange the washer and dryer such that the doors open to opposite sides. The dryer is working great with no issues. Thanks, guys!

I had never used Best Buy to install anything for me before and had not read any reviews on their installation services so I wasn't sure what to expect. What I GOT was exceptional communication from the installation technicians prior to arrival, they arrived on time (if not a few minutes early), they were both kind and courteous as they came in and installed both the washer and dryer at light speed, tested it and they were gone! Who WERE those masked installers?!?! Maybe not super heroes but better much than I had expected. I wouldn't hesitate whatsoever to use Best Buy installations services in the future.

So glad I bought it. As one might imagine this straightforward installation was anything but. Two man brought my appliance in the door and it took a balancing act to get the old dryer out. They did a great job, very conscientious and repeated the act to get a new dryer into place. Unfortunately The dryer was very difficult to level for some reason and it required them to improvise some shims to make sure that it would work properly. They did that and now 30 days after the installation it continues to remain level and I’m very pleased with the service and the attention to detail.

The install technician actually arrived ahead ahead of schedule! They advised us that this appliance is one of the top performing models currently on the market, which was reassuring. They also took the tine to verify the vent was not occluded, and after the installation was complete, performed a quick "functional test" to be sure all would work as expected. I would recommend this service again.

They installed the Dryer and Washer quickly and painlessly, however they could have done a bit better to arrange the dryer vent with fewer bends (they made sure it didn't bump into the outlet, but they didn't see it was able to go straight up) and they didn't set it up for steam action (which wasn't too hard to do, even though I had to get a conversion kit).

Best Buy was spot on with their delivery service. The guys who came called me in the morning and asked if i wanted an earlier delivery and were at my door 30 minutes later. Given i had bought the pedestals for the washer and dryer they were delivered the day before and they ended up taking the old washer and dryer that day with no issue. The next day they new washer and dryer arrived and were fitted to the pedestals seamlessly. One of the guys showed me how to use the dryer and made sure everything was too my satisfaction before they left. They took away all packaging and boxes at the end. Very impressed.

Installers were professional, pleasant, careful. Our dryer had to be placed in a tight spot but the installers managed to install it and install it right.

The delivery and installation was very smooth. The guys were prompt, careful, and friendly. They put the equipment where I wanted, hooked everything up and turned it on for a cycle to make sure it was all in working condition. Would highly recommend!

This was awesome and they did a great job. After discoveri.g that it didnt work they came back out and we were able to narrow the problem down to the circuit braker then I was able to fix that and everything worked perfectly.
