Great installing staff. I had a time set up, the installers called to see if they could come earlier, which was great. They installed bother appliances in a timely manner and showed me how to use both appliances. Definitely will use again!

The first delivery the delivery guys noticed a dent in the dryer and brought me out another one a week later and allowed me to use the defective (it was only cosmetic damage I don't think that affected the performance of the dryer) one until then.

Guys were on time and had great communication. Knew when they would be there so did not have to spend the day sitting around. Love having things delivered by Best Buy.

The guys that installed the dryer were friendly, informative and professional. They did a great job.

The team that did my installation were very good at their job. They had removed my old washer and dryer, and installed the new ones in amazing time.

Delivery team showed up when they were supposed to and much quicker than I have experienced with Home Depot. I was waiting a month and a half for Home Depot not with Best Buy!

Associate was friendly . He changed my dryer door around to fit in my laundry room perfectly . Overall I was very pleased with his attention to details .

The delivery service was great. They updated me to their arrival time and adhered to Covid protocol. I was very pleased with the delivery! I would certainly use this service again.

The delivery crew installed the dryer with their own pair of channel-lock pliers and a screw driver. They apparently did not need to use the installation tools that were provided with the dryer.

A must fir the installers to have everything they need ! And they do a PERFECT job ! As you can see in my other posts about my purchases that went along with this installation tools

Had to get the dryer reinstalled. Best Buy’s customer service is impeccable and I would give the product a second chance to rule out if the brand/model is defective.

Geeksquad came out and delivered my appliances up a flight of stairs. And hooked up my new appliances with the new kits i purchased. They did a great job. They also balanced my washer and dryer and gave me a run down on how they worked and the features.

These installers I believe were Jeff and Antonio in Ocala Florida were polite and very professional. I would want employees like these gentlemen I can assure you they are awesome!! Thanks again!!!
