Service was fast and they were 15min early. 2 men brought it in and hooked it up without any issues. No damage done to the home.

Great dryer, but first one was making a horrible noise. Had to replace it. They were very quick to replace within 2 days.

The first dryer was damaged upon delivery and they pointed it out and have me a few options on proceeding. When they came to pick up the old one and drop off the new one, everything ran smoothly.

They came and installed and were finished. Good deal. Liked that when purchasing the item, it tells you what additional things are needed for installation so they won't show up and you don't have what you need. Quick and professional. No complaints.

They came on time, keep in touch the night before and the morning during the install. They were able to installed the dryer without any scratches and issues. Made recommendations and placed it as instructed without issues.

Dryer was leveled, lent duct was installed properly. Installers ran dryer cycle to burn off any residue inside before allowing any clothes to be thrown in.

The technician was really patient, nice and went out of the way to help us in this installation. His service was very helpful. I highly recommend his service.

The plug did not fit the socket and the installer said I could find an adapter….. No such adapter is available. I had to hire an electrician to fix the problem. I was not given instructions on using the dryer. It makes a ridiculously long jingle when it is done.

It took FOUR visits before my dyer was installed. I got the worst run around for NOTHING. These two man install it in under ten minutes with the original equipment

I had no idea there was a steam kit on this dryer. The only thing they could have done better was tell me about it.

Geek Squad installers are very kind, professional and good at what they do. They show you all the features, make sure everything works properly before leaving you. They were able to answer questions as if they had owned the products themselves.

My only comment was we were not given the option to hook up the steam feature. That was one of the reasons why we bought this. They were in a hurry to get it done.

Installation was very fast - 2 guys, one to offload from the truck and unbox, and the other was removing the old one. A few minutes for the cord work outside and some prep for the hose, and then in the house and hooked up in a heartbeat.
