The technicians were very friendly and helpful, but the problem was misdiagnosed. Our dryer was diagnosed that the heating element was overheating and short circuiting the breaker. The entire dryer was swapped out and the problem persisted so the actual problem was the electrical was not being grounded properly and needed to be converted to a different plug… 4 prong to 3 prong which I had to figure and do myself. This is not the first problem I had with this dryer either, the original dryer was delivered damaged and had to be swapped instantly. This is the 3rd dryer Ive had in less than 6 months.

Best Buy offered free installation on a washer/dryer purchase. Came to the house on time, was very courteous, cleaned up the mess, and took away the old units. Recommend without reservation.
