Were only allowed to use certain vents which did not fit in my space, so we had to go buy a flexible vent and install it ourselves ( we are 75 & 76 ) both with back issues so we were not happy

The two guys that came out were very nice to work with and they were very fast! They took the old units away for me and were very polite! They also called about 20 minutes before they showed up to let me know they would be at my house in 20 minutes!

Living on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex that has no elevators quickly makes bringing large items an issue. The installers made it look like a cake walk though and we're done with 15 minutes! They were helpful and polite.

The installers were very respectful and hardworking. They were also very careful in about not damaging the walls in my small laundry room. Fully installed the dryer in a timely manner and gave me a quick run through of how everything works.

This is an amazing service. The agent was efficient and thorough. He was in and out in a timely manner. I have not had any issues with my product since.

I am not satisfied with the installation for 2 reasons: 1. We were scheduled for after 12 noon. The installers showed up at 8 am, saying that their morning installation did not answer the door. We were eating breakfast, and had to stop to push furniture out of the way to allow them access. We had planned to do this prior to their appointed arrival. 2. The dryer vent was not installed correctly. The installers were in a very big hurry, obviously wanting to get back to their scheduled morning appointment. After they left, we noticed that the dryer vent had not been correctly put onto the exterior connection. It has half off with the clamp tightened. I'm happy I notice this and had the ability to correct the installation myself.

Quick and easy installation. I would highly recommend.
