Quick and efficient.However, because my dryer vents under the house they would not install a new hose because they do not go under the house to do that.

Issue with hooking up dryer to existing vent, which delayed installation, but other than that no problems.

the washer and dryer are ok but it took forever to get them installed.....the manager at Best Buy made the difference. He got them installed.

I had to install on my own, but delivery included instructions that made it completely possible. No complaint here, BestBuy has always been willing to help in any way.

These guys had a challenge. The laundry closet is small and they guys had to stack these up for me. They manged to do it all in under 40 mins. I was highly impressed. They also helped me get the wifi set up. Thank you guys!

The guys that did my installation were awsome. Best experience with techs I've ever had. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Had us up and running in my 2nd floor apartment in less than 30 mins

Not really sure about the steam function on this dryer. And it is a little loud running not a quite mode. But works really great, get clothes dry the first time.

The guys at Best Buy are great. Delivery and installation on point. They were on time and very courteous. Wore a mask and shoe covers since they had to bring it upstairs.
