techs were good installed well and in a timely maner

Today we had a new stackable washer and dryer delivered and installed. The Geek Squad showed up at the exact time my email said they would arrive. We live in a 125 year old home and nothing is easy. These men hauled our new machines and our old machines in and out of the house. They also had to haul our machines up a flight of 15 stairs. They worked tirelessly hauling and installing always smiling. My new machines work beautifully...no leaks!! I can't say enough about Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Great price and knowledgeable installers. Thank you!!

Actual install was OK They refused to reverse the door even tho the dryer was unusable as it was; said to call the store. Best buy made me pay to have this done

My new dryer was installed efficiently and quickly by a team of 2 people who were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and explained the set up process and made sure I knew how to operate the machine.

Dryer is excellent so far. I have purchased many a Samsung product can’t go wrong.

Very polite and professional guys who made the process super easy and fast. I needed another hose to use the steam feature for the dryer. They had one on the truck and sold it to me in my driveway! I was quite happy that I didn't need to ask my husband to pull the dryer out to install it later. And the ease of putting the machines onto the pedestals for these guys was wonderful. Because of the install, I believe we will be buying all of our appliances from Best Buy in the future!

I was kept informed by text, what time the technicians would arrive. They showed up on time and installed the electric dryer quickly and efficiently. After the installation they tested the dryer to make sure it was working properly. I was very pleased with the work that was done. Thank you Best Buy for excellent service.

I had left instructions for them to bring my dryer in through my sunroom. I did not even know they had arrived, but I heard talking in my sunroom and when I came out, they already had my old dryer removed and the new one almost installed. Installation was fast and everything done cleanly.

Delivered both my washer and dryer at the same time. The only thing that kind of sucked is that the washer was dented on the side (huge dent), The knob on the front was pushed in, and the detergent drawer was not right. I didn't even notice right away but they did before bringing it in and then told me, called BB and then replacement was set up. They hooked them up anyway after asking if it was okay until the replacement comes and then they switch it out. Because I needed them right away I said yes. When they switched it out they were awesome.

The service installation was fast and efficient. He was able to remove my old dryer and install my new one fast and tested it for me too.

Colton and his helper did a very nice job with the install of a refrigerator and the washer and dryer. He was very efficient and informed us at every juncture what he was going to do and how long it would take.

Delivery guys called to find out if they could come early. Arrived and had it installed and running in 5 minutes. Very professional and hassle free!

The dryer was placed perfectly. The only criticism I have is that the new vent hose that came in the kit was too long and had to be curled behind the dryer in order to be installed. The manual diagram indicates that the hose should be as short as possible. The installer apologized, but said that regulations prohibited him from altering the kit hose.

The installation was done within 20 minutes. They brought everything they needed and had no issues.

I paid for the professional installation and removal of my old dryer when I purchased my new LG electric dryer from Best Buy. The guys arrived on time and had me up and running within 15 minutes and install the steam kit as well. They had to remove and reinstall my laundry room door due to its narrow width but left the house without damage and clean.
