DRYER WAS INSTALL BY A PERSON WHO REALLY KNEW HOW TO DO IT

The guys that installed the dryer were very helpful in making sure I knew how to operate the machine before they left. They were on time and the job was done in a timely manner.

Upon installation the delivery team was supposed to change the door so it opened from the right side. They were not happy about making the change and argued until I called the store. It is a very simple task to do, as long as you have a drill. They argued, were a bit rough while changing sides and then chipped the door, which had to be exchanged. It was an unpleasant experience.

The service men were professional and courteous. They went out of their way to install, inform, and help any which way they could. Much appreciated. Thank you!

Delivery was on time specified and installers were professional. They were careful with the appliance and my walls and doorways.

Dryer didn't work so they dug around and tried to eliminate any electrical issue they could find and left me with all the info to order a new dryer if that was the issue after the electrician looked at it.

Great service! Arrived quickly & finished quickly!

They left before it was even working. They installed the wires wrong. I fixed it in two minutes following the diagram. They didnt balance it, just put a piece of wood under it. I blame best buy. They fired their experienced installers before training the new ones. Its not hard to install, just do it yourself.

The installation crew were amazing. They worked with my schedule and made sure every thing was working and in order before leaving. They even called the next day to make sure everything was great.

I always like Best Buy Delivery service which provide great customer service and tech knowledgeable team. I really appreciate for that.
