Polite but...

Still waiting for Geek Squad to get this taken care of 3 weeks later. Bumped my wash tub hard enough to pop a screw out of the wall holding it into a 2x4 and didn't say anything. They were also later than promised, but kept us informed via phone and email which was appreciated. Didn't damage any floors or walls bringing the machine into the home.
