Great job on the delivery and install

They did a great job and explained the controls, made sure the dryer was operating as it should, was level and hauled out my old dryer. Very good experience.

Poor communication

Make sure you ask if everything you need comes with the dryer? Because you will have the power cord and the vent kit which is sold separately, to avoid having to reschedule your installation appt.

There was no mess after they were done and they were very careful with my dryer and walls even when moving quickly
