Delivery and installation was great! The guys did a good job. No complaints.

I highly recommend Best Buy installation! I got notification when they were on the way, and they arrived when expected and installed my appliances in no time!

The installation was done by individuals that were professional and completed in a timely manner. Our questions were answered thoroughly.

The delivery drivers were great and even connected the dryer out to drain with the washer even though that’s not how it was pre set.

The problem with this is that it seems like the delivery and install people are contractors and have zero ability to contact best buy if their is a problem. At least that was our experience. It seems like when you are ordering a dryer and delivery/takeaway service and you forget or didn't know you had to order or add a stacking kit other items REQUIRED to install that s red flag should happen at Best Buy to call the customer to tell them they need the extra pieces or notify the customer at the time of check out that these pieces need to be ordered. The other problem we had was that the first time they tried to deliver the dryer it was damaged beyond repair and so it couldn't be delivered the second time, I forgot to add a stacking kit to my cart and the delivery people refused to use the existing one and we're going to leave the dryer in our living room. A week after the dryer was supposed to be delivered originally, the dryer and all the pieces arrived together but the dryer was dented this time... Since it APPEARS to be just cosmetic and we were sick of having to go to the laundry mat after a week. Best Buy offered us a best buy gift card for our troubles but that was more than a month ago and I still haven't gotten said gift guard...

Installers were incredibly respectful of our property. They were thorough and checked everything before leaving. Very excellent service.

The persons who installed the dryer were efficient and courteous. They were in and out in no time, couldn't even tell they'd been there except for the fact that a new dryer had been installed!

These men have delivered, hooked up and hauled away, many of our appliances. They continue to be careful and respectful...very knowledgeable and we have experienced no issues. Many thanks to the Geeks!

Juan and his partner were excellent. On time, fast installation, very polite. No issues, They even switched out the door on the dryer which should’ve been done prior to delivery by Best Buy.

The team installing my new equipment and removing the old were excellent and professional.

They did not test the blocked vent on the dryer. They used existing dryer vent.

Good installation but the dryer was installed next to the entry door which resulted in a problem when the dryer door is open. Would have been better if installed in reverse

Was terribly installed three times, by a sub contractor, The GEEK SQUAD did an outstanding job for the FINAL installation.

I did not know my clothes were electric? I understand the marketing idea of "Geeks", but these guys were so much more. Polite, quick and efficient, and got the job done right. Very well done.
