Absolutely love these washers and dryers. From the color to how easy they’re to use. Can also start my washer and dryer from my phone. Zero complaints! Delivery and assembly was also smooth. Got everything assembled in less than an hour.

I am sooooo very happy that i purchased the delivery with install. I had moved the old stuff out the night before and cleaned extensively since my laundry is in my kitchen in my small home. When they showed up they looked at where it was going to go and the way into the home, then they went back out to the truck and pulled out the units put everything on them brought them in hooked them up and turned them on and ran through everything with me. No kidding they were here no longer than 15 minutes with loading up my old stuff which i had waiting outside. So very impressed with this service! thank you!

Installed and set up pretty quickly. However it wasn't placed to where I could close my laundry room door and we were told it was because the vent hose wasn't long enough so we could buy a new one to push it over more. After we purchased a new hose, when we went to install it my fiancé was simply able to extend the original hose and move the machine over the little bit more it needed for the door to close. Don't understand why the installer didn't try that in the first place.

My new dryer was installed efficiently and quickly by a team of 2 people who were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and explained the set up process and made sure I knew how to operate the machine.

Colton and his helper did a very nice job with the install of a refrigerator and the washer and dryer. He was very efficient and informed us at every juncture what he was going to do and how long it would take.

They installed the Dryer and Washer quickly and painlessly, however they could have done a bit better to arrange the dryer vent with fewer bends (they made sure it didn't bump into the outlet, but they didn't see it was able to go straight up) and they didn't set it up for steam action (which wasn't too hard to do, even though I had to get a conversion kit).

It was well worth it to have professionals install these units. There was an issue the first time BB came to install the units. We are on the 2nd floor of a condo, in a small laundry s closet the first installers ( late in the day , tired?, too much work? ) Did not even try to install the washer dryer combo. ONE call to the store and BB had a installation rep call and reset the appointment with an in house crew. That time it was fine, It was a very tight fit but the installers were great!! and worked through a couple of issues. The inhouse installers well made up for the poor first experience.

My laundry is upstairs, but the crew had no complaints whatsoever and installed my new washer and dryer with no problems!

The service was SO quick. They had the dryer installed in less than 20 minutes and were extremely professional.

The dryer installation was absolutely seamless! The technician was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He expertly installed the dryer, including the vent and hookup kit, and explained all the features clearly. He was efficient and meticulous, ensuring everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend their installation services for a stress-free experience!

Only reason I give 4 stars is because the lint filter is super big and long it’s a mess to clean but overall the dryer is super good

The first install was pretty rough with damage to units and wall. Second install was good enough.

I had never used Best Buy to install anything for me before and had not read any reviews on their installation services so I wasn't sure what to expect. What I GOT was exceptional communication from the installation technicians prior to arrival, they arrived on time (if not a few minutes early), they were both kind and courteous as they came in and installed both the washer and dryer at light speed, tested it and they were gone! Who WERE those masked installers?!?! Maybe not super heroes but better much than I had expected. I wouldn't hesitate whatsoever to use Best Buy installations services in the future.

So glad I bought it. As one might imagine this straightforward installation was anything but. Two man brought my appliance in the door and it took a balancing act to get the old dryer out. They did a great job, very conscientious and repeated the act to get a new dryer into place. Unfortunately The dryer was very difficult to level for some reason and it required them to improvise some shims to make sure that it would work properly. They did that and now 30 days after the installation it continues to remain level and I’m very pleased with the service and the attention to detail.

Best Buy was spot on with their delivery service. The guys who came called me in the morning and asked if i wanted an earlier delivery and were at my door 30 minutes later. Given i had bought the pedestals for the washer and dryer they were delivered the day before and they ended up taking the old washer and dryer that day with no issue. The next day they new washer and dryer arrived and were fitted to the pedestals seamlessly. One of the guys showed me how to use the dryer and made sure everything was too my satisfaction before they left. They took away all packaging and boxes at the end. Very impressed.

Excellent. They explained to me why my old dryer situation was so dangerous (it came with the place). The importance of a proper exhaust pipe and distance from the wall to prevent fires. We had to leave the other sliding door off of the closet to ensure there was enough space. Great service and happy I spent a little extra to have it done correctly.
