Could have been better

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was happy to get my dryer however the dryer vent hose advertised on the website apparently is not stocked by Best Buy and was told I would have to purchase one and install myself, very disappointing. I also had to go to the store to find this out because calling the Geek Squad was a nightmare, absolutely no help at all!

GREAT JOB.
