Poor customer service

The first team carried the dryer into the house, and stated that the through- the -wall venting pipe they would need to connect the flexible venting tubing to, was not long enough. They stated that they therefore were ‘not allowed’ to attach the plug to the dryer at all, and told me I needed to extend the rigid vent through the wall and make a new appointment. I extended the through-the- wall pipe that afternoon and made another appointment. Several days later a new team of installers came. They complained that the first team of installers should have attached the plug. When he attached the plug to the base of the dryer, I could hear the screws being stripped. He then attached the flexible piping directly to the exhaust vent on the back of the dryer, stating that the rigid elbow duct that was included in the kit was not necessary. He did not level the dryer at all. He asked me to turn the dryer on and I did for several seconds. When asked to reverse the door, he stated that he could not do that, and I would need to call Best Buy and request to have that completed in another visit. After they left, I reversed the door myself and leveled the dryer. So- they were less than competent
