Changing the door directions of W/D
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am actually satisfied about the installation but then realized that the W/D door directions are changeable and was not offered by the crew. I see in the receipt that it needs to be asked by the customers however not everybody is expert on which machine is capable of what and it would be nice for installation crew to offer that after seeing the installation site. Eventually things get figured out with the next visit.

They called and were on time. They hauled away our old dryer and installed the new one fast and easy. We are very pleased with them.

Incomplete installation

The delivery team indicated that it was not their job to reverse the swing of the dryer door. A separate complaint to the Geek Squad resulted in a second team to accomplish the final task of the installation.
