Quick! They knew what they were doing. I didn’t have to mess with anything myself.

The installers arrived within the time and performed the installation quickly. They did not have the proper stacking kit for the washer and dryer. but installed them side by side so that I could use them. They reported the missing part and will return to stack the units.

Installer was on time despite bad rain. He and his partner worked together very well - very efficient, professional, impressive. Installation was quick and painless. After completing the installation, the installer took the time to explain important aspects regarding the operation of our new dryer to my wife and I in an extremely helpful manner. Very thankful to Best Buy for such a great experience.

The was a reinstallation service as I moved. The techs had a bit of difficulty as the my product didn’t match the connection. But they were able to fix the problem right there and I haven’t had a problem since. 10 stars

The installers did an excellent job of setting up my new dryer but I do have a couple complaints.. The main guy spoke English with SUCH a heavy Spanish accent that I had to keep making him repeat things so I could figure out what he was saying, and I don't think the other guy spoke English at all. I spoke to both of them but don't know how much of what I said got through. Best Buy should make sure at least ONE of the installers can understand and clearly speak ENGLISH!! Also, the main guy asked if I wanted my old dryer left inside or taken outside (which I had have him repeat a couple times before I got what he was saying) and then argued with me when I told him they were supposed to haul it away. He had to look up the order on his phone and see that haul away was included in my order.

The first team that delivered and installed the dryer lost their way and came late. The guy who installed started the test run and left saying we are good to use the machine. We realized the main knob on the machine is not clicking when we turn and broken. When I called to report this for replacement of the machine the store responded quickly and the second team did a god job. In fact there was a dent on the machine that was first delivered and the first delivery team did not even check and inform us. The second delivery team guy noticed it and took pictures and showed it to me when taking back first installed machine. The second team did a very professional job waiting till the test run is complete and showing that there is no dent or scratches to the machine and let our house after answering our questions. This is the reason for giving 4 stars.

We really liked the the installers. they were so nice and informative. They walked us through what they were doing and even showed us all the settings. They mentioned that the associates forget to sell us the stainless steel dryer kit, which makes the steam setting in the dryer work. also, they said the associates over sold us the stacking kits. If you are not stacking the washer and dryer on top of each other, you don't need it, even if you are getting the pedestals. Which we purchased as well.

The Geek Squad team who installed my dryer did a good job. They were professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

The dryer is great, very roomy inside even though it is small enough to fit through the door frames of my older house.

Best Buy forced me to buy a steam kit, but my dryer was not steam. also couldn't combine pedestal and dryer in same shipment when i tried to purchase online; wanted me to pay shipping for pedestal. Customer rep on the phone handled that with ease. returned steam kit for refund. fast professional install.

Great purchase and works great...very happy with it and the installation. They did forget to connect the steam feature but I really don't think I will use it. They called me and asked about it and I was out of town, said they would call back the day after I was to return and never heard from them.

The company hired by Best Buy did a fantastic installation of my new dryer. They came in, removed my old appliance, gave me time to clean the space for the new one and before I knew it, my new dryer was in and connected with new wires and vent.

Couldn't be happier! Great color....works great...perfect size! Delivery people we also great! Installation was right thing to do!

The two young men were knowledgeable and prepared. They took out the old dryer and put the new dryer and pedestal in place in just a few minutes. They hooked up the electrical, water (for the steam feature), and vent fittings with no problems and no leaks. They answered our questions and gave us a demo of the main features. They also wore masks and practiced social distancing as much as possible under the circumstances.

It's in the spot I wanted it and it's working. Can't complain. They also didn't damage my home getting it in. So that's a plus.

This was a fix to the original installation of the venting to our new clothes dryer. This is difficult given the small confining area that both the washer and dryer are located in. The two that showed up to do the fix were professional and efficient.
