I usually dread having something delivered / installed; however, the two gentlemen who came to install the dryer and remove the old one were not only courteous, but they did a great job.

The installers had to split the flex vent in order to try to get it to fit. It did not stay and my husband had to reinstall the old one.

The installers communicated well and professional. I'm glad they carried the dryer up three flights of stairs so I didn't have to.

These guys were knowledgeable and efficient. The job was done quickly and correctly. They showed me what I needed to know about the unit, and even pointed out a better arrangement of the room.

The guys that came were great to work with. Unfortunately, the dryer was pushes too far back and created a small air leak in the back. I called them again, they pulled it out and the small whistling noise stopped, but the dryer is still flashing a connection code. Getting ahold of anyone from Geek Squad was a huge hassle. The only reason I'm giving anymore than 1 star is because the installation guys were pretty good!

They installed everything but the ventilation. My landlord had the ventilation running to the cross boards under the house. So they couldn’t install until the landlord fixed it. I didn’t know any of this so I had to wait another week before I could use my dryer.
