This was included in the package deal. Glad I didnt have to try and move this by myself down an after thought stair case in my 120 year old house. Install was quick and had no damage.

I had a washer and dryer delivered. The delivery went well, but install did not. I ordered a stackable kit and it did not come with it. So they couldn’t set it up for me. Me and my husband has to get them stacked and had a friend (we’re big body and couldn’t fit in area with washer and dryer) come put the vent on and plug it in for us. They offered to come back out but it was going to take a month. When they call make sure they have everything you ordered so the job can get done.

They installed our Dryer and the new venting system in back of the dryer. Cleaned up and pushed the dryer back against the wall and made sure the venting system was in the correct position.

Best Buy has the greatest service on installation and the guys are friendly. the installation was fast and correct.

Delivery was fast. Removal of the old dryer took 5-10 minutes at most. Installation took just as much time.

Geek Squad did an excellent job of installing my Dryer.

Installation crew did a good job moving thing around, getting the old out and the new in. They made sure I knew how to operate machine before leaving. Professional and polite.

The Best Buy service technician came and installed the Samsung dryer and washer on the same day. He checked out both units and explained in detail all the available functions.

The installers were great about keeping me informed of the timing. Explained what they were doing and the products used. Answered my questions. They were done quickly but not rushed.
