Installation issues

Rescheduling took an additional 2 weeks to set up. Wish we were aware of what was needed on our end before the installers came. Also wish a phone call notified us when they were on their way.

Electric dryer install

The dryer is being replaced due to a sizeable dent so we will have the water line hooked up at that time.

Poor communication

I saw them unload the dryer an did not know if they were putting the brand new cord before they placed the dryer in the garage. Therefore I could not return the cord as I anticipated.

Best Buy Service Techs

I had to pay them an additional $30.00 cash just to get them to finish the installation of my dryer. This is after I paid Best Buy for the initial delivery and installation of my dryer. The 1st team delivered it then left without telling me anything, and the 2nd team came and said that they wouldn't do it unless I payed them. Then they actually had the nerve to ask me to give them a good review so they can get a bonus insensitive for good customer service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
