It took 3 appointments to get the dryer and all necessary parts to install correctly. Best Buy got it done and it works wonderfully. The communication around when the appointments would happen was very clear and the teams showed up and were efficient while they were here. Thank you!

The first time they were unable to install the washer because of a "loose connector." That took a week to get fixed (worked just fine for the previous owner). But after that they arrived within 24 hours of our call and everything was installed in a professional manner and is working fine 5 weeks later.

Install a as quick & simple. They were professional & even provided advice on proper maintenance.

The installation of the dryer was relatively easy for the crew who did the work. The only thing that took time was levelling it.

The installation crew did a fabulous job. After having continued issues with another store and their installation crew, it was refreshing to have a crew that knew what they were doing. They answered all my questions and allowed me to watch the process from start to finish.

I needed to have the pedestal drawer unit installed under my dryer, which was too heavy and bulky for me to do alone. The crew that arrived to do this were courteous and professional from start t finish, and obviously knew exactly what they had to do, including getting the dryer exhaust hose put back correctly. Excellent all around.

The men were very friendly but since they were running very late the installation seemed “rushed”. The door needed to be changed to open from right to left but they left that undone. We had to order & pay for the vent kit but it was not installed & we do not think we received a refund for the vent.

The company hired by Best Buy did a fantastic installation of my new dryer. They came in, removed my old appliance, gave me time to clean the space for the new one and before I knew it, my new dryer was in and connected with new wires and vent.
