The third party setup and installation team that's contracted through Best Buy are some of the laziest people I have ever encountered. I had to pay them an additional $30.00 cash just to get them to finish the installation of my dryer. This is after I paid Best Buy for the initial delivery and installation of my dryer. The 1st team delivered it then left without telling me anything, and the 2nd team came and said that they wouldn't do it unless I payed them. Then they actually had the nerve to ask me to give them a good review so they can get a bonus insensitive for good customer service.

The technicians arrived on time, were respectful of property and made sure the dryer worked and was perfectly level.

Installation was perfect, they did scrape my wall going down the stairs to the basement And said nothing but otherwise the installation was perfect

the guys were great and efficient. they explained all the ins and outs of making sure everything was put in place, what we would need, etc.

Great job connecting and setting it up they had to connect pipe and secure to top of washer and it has proved very secure still to this day
