The technician had NO problem installing. In and out in about thirty minutes.

If i could give zero stars I would. I will NEVER buy from Best Buy again! Purchased a Whirlpool dryer and paid for the dryer to be delivered, installed and haul-away of the old dryer. The two man team arrived and started on the haul away of our old dryer. The old dryer had a steam function which required the Best Buy installers to remove the hose from our washer and dryer and the install a new hose to the washer. This required them to turn off the water to the washer. This task was very difficult for the installer to complete so hard the the second installer got very aggressive verbally with his co-worker about how long it was taking him. So much so that the the two installers were baligerant to eachother using very inappropriate language in front of my husband and ended in one guy going to the truck to smoke a cigarette leaving the other worker to finish up by himself. Finally the guy was able to get the new hose attached properly to the washer and now onto the installation of the dryer. The dryer legs were extended as far as they could be which made the dryer stand about 2 inches high than our washer. My husband asked the guy if he could leavel the dryer to the same height as our waher and his response was nah, that's how these dryers come now days. My husband asked again are you sure because i thought you could move the legs up and down... the installer assured my husband that the legs could not be adjusted. While this is irratating my husband believed the professional... (big mistake). The installer was ready to leave without even making sure the dryer worked. My husband asked if he would wait around to ensure the dryer heated up ok. The guy said okay but it should be ok. So we tested the dryer it worked so the installers left. After the installers left i came home and started a load of laundry and thats when the big problem started. My washer started beeping and flashing a couple different error codes which when googled them indicated it had something to do with the water hose and a sensor. Well we knew our washer worked just perfectly before the installers came that day and unhooked the hoses from the washer and dryer. So we called Best Buy right away to have a repair tech come back out to fix the problem they created in the first place. Needless to say it took 4 phone calls over two days to get someone to understand that it was the installers fault however they could get someone out until Wednesday (this was Sunday). Fast forward to Wednesday(which Best Buy assured us that the person coming could fix the problem) the tech arrived and had no idea what the issue was nor could he fix anything. He told us we would have to a service call and then based on the problem we would have to pay for parts and labor. Plus it would be another 7 days before Best Buy could get a tech out to our home. At this point we felt like we were boxed into a corner so we scheduled the appointment. Afterwards, i contacted a local appliance repair company and set an appointment btw. They could come out the next day. When they came out they identified that the original installers had shut off the water to hook up the hose but NEVER TURNED THE WATER BACK ON! This is what cause the error codes and beeping on my washer. To top it all off the repair guy asked if i wanted my dryer leveled down to match my washer. I told him i was told that the dryer couldn't be lowered. He said the previous installers were just being lazy. So with that being said.... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY AGAIN! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Plus they should reimburse me the service call paid to Capital Appliance.

They showed up on time, we’re very professional compared to other delivery services used, and were very informative and knowledgeable. They got the job done quick and right.

The Best Buy team were great! They arrived in the window of time expected, moved out the old dryer, installed the new, demo'd as needed politely & exceeded my expectations.

Right on time, prompt removal of previous dryer and an excellent installation of the new one. Vent system installed is a huge improvement to the previous one. Great job !

The two gentlemen that installed my dryer did a great job delivering my lg7700. It was not easy getting the 7700 into my basement they took very good care in doing so very professional

Install was very quick, guys did a good job, appliance was used as soon as they left with no issues.
