Dryer installed nicely but did have to get them back out to balance washer. Both bought at the same time.

The install was for a clothes dryer. The pros - The installers arrived on time. The cons- they didn't bring the proper metal duct piping for our dryer. He brought one that doesn't collapse, so consequently our dryer ended up sticking out from the wall way too far. It was at least 7 inches further out than the washing machine. It looked terrible. My husband had to go out and buy a new duct piping that collapsed when you pushed it in. Very disappointing to have to pay for something and not get it done right.

These guys packed the washer and dryer downstairs and set the dryer on top of my make-shift platform, just like I asked. Hooked everything all up and made sure it all ran perfectly.

The 2 man team were excellent. The removed my old dryer and I stalled the new one within 15 minutes. No complaints.

We had an issue with this part of the delivery. They did not connect the drier water line for the steam issue. They even took the T-Valve when they left. I did have to call Best Buy and they made it good, but I still had to correct the install.
