Hooked up washer and dryer together. After hooking up washer the crew tried to tell me the dryer would not fit through our door, despite the fact it was the same measurement as the washer. They were ready to take it back to the store and said I would have to talk to the salesperson about finding a smaller one. Well, a little persuasion and ever so slightly giving a side panel a little push and it went through the door fine. Ended well, but could have been a pain if I accepted the first answer.

The technicians that delivered and installed the dryer were wonderful. They were prompt, careful, courteous, and worked very hard on the installation. I was very pleased with this installation.

The men were very fast and efficient. They hooked up the dryer quickly without any problems and explained how to use the dryer before they left. Very clean and friendly service.

This dryer has many preprogramed settings as well as choices for personal preference. The clothes appear to be fluffier than previous dryers I have owned. It is very quiet and looks great along with the new LG washer. The installation of both appliances was very quick and easy for the Best Buy Techs. I am happy with all of my purchases and especially for the help Amanda and team provided during the COVID -19.

delivery and installation very fast but they were too hurry, knocked and rang door bell twice in less than 5 seconds! when I ask them to place my washer on the available plastic tray, they asked if I want to do it myself :) But overall I appreciated their hard work!

I was hesitant about getting the professional install due to all the negative reviews online. The install was free with my purchase, so I let them do it. I can always fix it later. The install came out great. The two installers did a great job hooking up everything correctly. I guess it's luck of the draw on who you get.

This was undoubtedly the absolute BEST delivery and install of any appliance I've ever had. The guys showed up on time, removed the old dryer, installed the new one, showed me how to work it, and cleaned up after themselves. Couldnt asks for a better experience.

Delivery of my new dryer and installing it for us went well. Best Buy uses outside service tech to deliver and install for us. They came to our home using an Enterprise Rental truck. Guys were knowledgeable and very nice.

Basic install, installers professional, installers kits plugs into outlet and installs vent extension to wall.

The Best Buy installers explained to me they cannot vent thru a wall or floor. So I'm trying to install the vent line thru a floor as the BB installers put the W/D in. It all worked out. The BB installers came up with a good idea of switching the washer and dryer location around. Works good. They also tested the dryer and gave us a little lean on how to use.

The deliver workers were very nice and professional. They even found an issue with the dryer and took care of calling it in to get it replaced Impressed!

The installers showed up when they estimated they would. Installers were very courteous and professional. The installation went quickly and well. At the age of 74, I can no longer do this. So, aside from quality and value of product, I base my choice of retailers on whether they offer delivery, installation, and service after the sale. Best Buy meets that criteria. Other retailers do not.
