Showed up on time. Got it installed quickly. Took one star off because when I had an A/C unit repair, technician discovered the vent was not hooked up well and it could have been a fire hazard. Luckily it wasn’t and to be fair it was a tight space but they need to be sure about this or have a solution. No one wants their house to burn down, right?! But the service was great.

The men were very fast and efficient. They hooked up the dryer quickly without any problems and explained how to use the dryer before they left. Very clean and friendly service.

Quick! They knew what they were doing. I didn’t have to mess with anything myself.

Installers got here on time and were quick to install. They made sure appliance worked properly before leaving and were very courteous.

Install went great. The guys were great and knew exactly what to do. They were quick, knowledgeable and cleaned up great.

The deliver workers were very nice and professional. They even found an issue with the dryer and took care of calling it in to get it replaced Impressed!

The installers did an excellent job of setting up my new dryer but I do have a couple complaints.. The main guy spoke English with SUCH a heavy Spanish accent that I had to keep making him repeat things so I could figure out what he was saying, and I don't think the other guy spoke English at all. I spoke to both of them but don't know how much of what I said got through. Best Buy should make sure at least ONE of the installers can understand and clearly speak ENGLISH!! Also, the main guy asked if I wanted my old dryer left inside or taken outside (which I had have him repeat a couple times before I got what he was saying) and then argued with me when I told him they were supposed to haul it away. He had to look up the order on his phone and see that haul away was included in my order.

Installer was on time despite bad rain. He and his partner worked together very well - very efficient, professional, impressive. Installation was quick and painless. After completing the installation, the installer took the time to explain important aspects regarding the operation of our new dryer to my wife and I in an extremely helpful manner. Very thankful to Best Buy for such a great experience.

Delivery was quick and easy. Best Buy team arrived on time and installed everything without issues.

The first team that delivered and installed the dryer lost their way and came late. The guy who installed started the test run and left saying we are good to use the machine. We realized the main knob on the machine is not clicking when we turn and broken. When I called to report this for replacement of the machine the store responded quickly and the second team did a god job. In fact there was a dent on the machine that was first delivered and the first delivery team did not even check and inform us. The second delivery team guy noticed it and took pictures and showed it to me when taking back first installed machine. The second team did a very professional job waiting till the test run is complete and showing that there is no dent or scratches to the machine and let our house after answering our questions. This is the reason for giving 4 stars.

The technicians that delivered and installed the dryer were wonderful. They were prompt, careful, courteous, and worked very hard on the installation. I was very pleased with this installation.

These guys were on time, professional, clean, fast, efficient, had everything hooked up and working with in the hour. They need raises.

My mother-in-law bought a new electric dryer & it included installation. The installer was great, even asking if we wanted some time to clean out behind the dryer (which of course hadn't been done since the old dryer was installed), Everything worked great. The only negative, which wasn't the installer's fault so it didn't effect the rating above, was that we didn't get a call from BB the evening before advising of the time block when he was coming. We had to call the store the morning of the installation.

Awesome service by the team who had god knowledge and helped in moving stuff. Big hands to BB to have good contracts with others delivery folks.

Crew was helpful installed the new dryer and moved the old one to the garage
