Don’t know much about the tools for service gentleman used him but he seem to of had no trouble.

The gentlemen installed it and had it running in less than 15 minutes

I came home from work to see that the dryer was sitting out in the middle of the laundry room floor. My husband hooked up the electric and my daughter was in process of hooking up the vent. I was told when I purchased the dryer that I had to purchase the electric, and vent. And was told that they would probably not use it and I could return it to the store. I told the delivery guy on the phone that I would use our existing and to leave the new for me to return. He did not mention that he would not install because of that. Ended up having to use the new vent ourselves. Saw after all was done that I got a message stating that they wouldnt install unless they used new accessories. Also, they didnt leave the new cord for return. When I called he said he would return it and I should hear from them for the credit. Which of course I didnt until I called. When I did call, the rep took care of the return. Of course only as a store credit, unless I wanted to wait to get it the mail! He also submitted a request for a credit for all the hassle that I went thru. Said I should hear back in a few days. Its been a couple weeks at this point. No response, no email, nothing! This is the second item in the last year that I have purchased from Best Buy and have had nothing but trouble. I would love a response to this!!!

The installers were courteous and went over some features of the washer and dryer. They were professional and did a great job installing them including reversal of the dryer door.
