The installers were very professional and efficient installing our new dryer. I think it took a total of 20 minutes for the installers to complete everything.

Delivery itself was on time and usually that would be all I ask for, but one of the three items I ordered (dryer) did not work because of the initial wiring that was setup by the technician. I explained why the breaker kept tripping and what needed to be done to correct the issue, but he completely ignored me and said I had to call my electric company to get it fixed. He did not want to remove the dryer to rewire the ground wire as needed because he had already set it in place. All he did was take pictures to show it wasn't working and left me on my own... as soon as he left I had to pull out the dryer to rewire the ground AS IT SHOWS ON THE BACK OF THE APPLIANCE and it worked. I just didn't like how he was so unwilling to help on something that was straight forward.

I only bought it because it matches my washer very excited that it sends me notices when done drying to my Apple Watch. The anti-wrinkle cycle has been handy

The third crew sent was excellent and were knowledgeable and professional.

The delivery team was lazy and did not install . The second time they came out to install they did not want to lift the machine to stack. The third time they came out and really helped. Great team! The fourth time great time and completeld installations

The installer was nice however, they didn't hook up the water to the dryer for steam. I discovered this when trying out the steam feature and all the clothes were filled with static. I've tried going through chat, they told me to call a 888#. I called the 888 number and they told me they would send someone out however, if there are parts needed then I will have to take that up with the store. I purchased the dryer online. I'm currently on hold with my local store for 28 minutes and counting and haven't spoken with a person yet. No parts were left with the dryer, the manual says there should be a splitter and hoses - no parts was left here, only the manual

They didnt install the dryer exhaust duct and had to come back. The washer was clunking on arrival and had to be immediately replaced... Thankfully, the third installer, Angelo, fixed everything...

Best Buy offers dryer installation, and it is well worth having them do it. I was using the unit half an hour after their arrival!
