AMAZING!! That’s all I can say. They guys were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Overall installers were friendly, and handled merchandise with care. My outlet did not match the plugs they brought so I was advised I would need to change my outlet which I was ok with. My issue was that they were unable to complete the install; therefore, they wouldn't do anything, no vent, no plug etc. At least get it ready for me when the outlet is changed.

The installation was efficient and painless. I suggest total service from Best Buy

The same installers for our dryer also did the washer. They made sure you were properly hooked up and if you needed to do something on your own, how you should do that.

My dryer goes in a tighter space along with the washer. Installers did a great job of getting both into the room, hooking them up and damaging nothing. Highly recommended.

The day of the install it was raining the guys made sure to have their feet dry when they walked into the house. Gave some useful tips for the dryer and were in and out!

The crew who installed our washer and dryer were horrible. First they banged their tools around, scratching up the units. They took out the washer locking pins before brining the unit down the stairs, which made me worry they would damage it internally (but it seemed okay in the end). The installation itself was really messy with twisted cables and hoses that I had to fix later. They did not use teflon tape on any of the connections either. For the dryer, they put a really long extension vent hose and 90 degree elbow even though the hole is immediately behind the unit bout 6 inches away; plus they didn't even put a hose clamp on it, so it fell off. The installation was definitely a waste of a $100. If I could do it over, I would have just had them drop off the units in the basement and do it myself.
