Damaged dryer

I have been an elite plus member for several years, im not happy at all

Electric dryer

When the dryer was plugged in, it blew the circuit breaker. I asked him to check the power cord he installed on the dryer. He said it was installed properly. They left and said that I would be contacted about an exchange. That never happened. I finally called to start the exchange process. Because the circuit breaker smelled burned, I hired an electrician. They installed a new circuit breaker (the old one did it's job and was still in good shape). They checked out the dryer and immediately found that the power cord wires were not properly installed and that was the cause of the short and malfunction. I am going to contact Best Buy to put in a claim because I should not have to pay $150 for electrical work that was as a result of the installer error.
