This is the installation service for my dryer. I was really surprised that this crew was much nicer and took their time unlike the previous crew 10 years ago when I last purchased my washer and dryer from Best Buy. I am happy that I got a nice crew of 3. They gave me time to clean up the floor area where the old washer and dryer set. When the installation was completed, one of the guys gave me a quick tutorial, which was so helpful. When I tipped them, they were so appreciative. I tipped each one of them separately, but the driver gave all the tip to the guy sitting in the back. I guess they split the tip at the end of the day. Regardless, I am very appreciative to be able to hire them to help me install my washer and dryer.

The team did a great job, and when I mentioned we would probably see them the next week for the refrigerator install, they did ask about the water line, and pointed out that I had purchased a water line install that I didn't need, since it was already plumbed. Really appreciated that. Machine worked perfectly from the outset.

agents were very efficient and professional. Made sure all connections were tight so no leaks and that the machines worked as they should. Cleaned up all packaging when they left.

The installers showed up when they estimated they would. Installers were very courteous and professional. The installation went quickly and well. At the age of 74, I can no longer do this. So, aside from quality and value of product, I base my choice of retailers on whether they offer delivery, installation, and service after the sale. Best Buy meets that criteria. Other retailers do not.

Works wonderfully, love the dry sensor feature and within budget.

The installers were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. They also had to remove my old dishwasher which was no easy task, but it was done quickly and without making a mess. I have wood floors in my kitchen and am always concerned with water and scuffing the floors, but none of that occurred with the installer. I would recommend purchasing any appliance from Best Buy.

The installers arrived early and installed the dryer quickly and efficiently. They made sure it worked before leaving.

The Best Buy installers explained to me they cannot vent thru a wall or floor. So I'm trying to install the vent line thru a floor as the BB installers put the W/D in. It all worked out. The BB installers came up with a good idea of switching the washer and dryer location around. Works good. They also tested the dryer and gave us a little lean on how to use.

Costs a bit more, but worth it. You dont habe to figure out which electric cord to use amd venting is installed too.

The two men who installed the dryer were excellent. They were careful of my home, measured the stairs at every point and were professional at all times. They were effeicient and knew exactly how to install the vent and dryer. I could not be happeir with the gentelmen who installed the dryer.

I needed to have the pedestal drawer unit installed under my dryer, which was too heavy and bulky for me to do alone. The crew that arrived to do this were courteous and professional from start t finish, and obviously knew exactly what they had to do, including getting the dryer exhaust hose put back correctly. Excellent all around.

If I could rate the first set of drivers I would give them a ONE star. But the second team totally redeemed the FEEBLE non-existent work ethics of the first by far, so I'll give the second team a 5 star. Purchased a new Oven/Dryer along with and install and haul away of the old units, all to be done at the SAME time on the SAME day. On the day of the delivery/Install/Haul away the first drivers/installers dropped off the Oven/Dryer then said they didn't know about any install/haul away and drove off, leaving the oven/dryer in the garage. Fuming I went to Best Buy the next day and fortunately spoke with a manager named Jackie. Thank goodness she was on the ball, professional and actually cared to follow through with my plight. She immediately set up a new appointment and later followed through with me for an earlier install/haul away. This was much appreciated, since I made sure to have someone there on the day planned for the initial install/haul away of the oven/dryer. Now to the new team that actually did the hard work of hauling the oven upstairs and install the oven/dryer. One was named Jamal and unfortunately I didn't get the other ones name. Both were very hard workers. Did a really good job, cleaned up after themselves. I hope they get some credit for this good review. I noticed their efforts and wanted to thank them.

Excellent install. Works very well. No problems to date.

I am not one to feel good about giving a bad review. But when necessary I will. To that my install date kept getting rescheduled and often later in the day when I have already taken time off and half my day wasted. After a lot of phone calls and promises we finally got our product we waited a month for. The installers were nice and polite. One was new and being trained but likely over eager as he seemed to be moving ahead of where he should be. I wasn't present to see what happened but it's like my pedestal was damaged in the installation process. They were installing the washer at the same time and it appears that a hose was installed backwards and I need to replace because it has a gasket that is damaged and now leaking. When I contacted Best Buy about the process as I was prompted so I could get some compensation for all of the effort I had to put in, I explained to them the possible damage to my pedestals which were unboxed there by the installers, as well as the issue with the hose I had to purchase from them. Their "compensation" barely covers the cost of the damaged hoses and does nothing for the hours I spent with customer service and days I spent waiting for something to show up only to have the appointment cancelled at the time they should be arriving. (My review for the washer install is gonna be similar) The installation staff being young did their best. I feel they and I were let down by Best Buy over all.

Bought a new house and had to get a washer & Dryer and refrigerator. Best buy always has a great selection and great price. Sales staff are always very helpful and friendly and very customer service awesome. Would highly recommend! The wife and I love our new washer and dryer and refrigerator. Great quality at a great price. Had Best buy do the install and was well worth it. Super nice guys that did the install.

Well worth the extra expense! The guys were on time, let us know they were on the way, and completed the install and hauled off our old dryer in less than one hour. Outstanding.
