They came out twice and never installed it. The second installer blamed the first, but neither did the job. First one told me I needed the pedestals, which the store did not mention, so the connection would reach. Bought them for $500 (which you will see I did NOT need them) to have another technician come out and show me that the gas line stretches and it would have fit without the pedestals. However, he did not connect it either as he said there was the wrong size fitting for the gas line. I was in tears after waiting over a week without a dryer. Son found out from a friend that there was a an adaptor on the dryer and once it was removed, we could connect the dryer. Problem solved. Complained many times about the service. Manager at the Menomonee Falls store said she would look into it and never heard a word. One would think they would throw some reward points or something back at me for the huge inconvenience they caused. I won't buy appliances from Best Buy again. EVER! One more thing - we had to assemble the drawer bases and install the washer and dryer on them ourselves. YUP! They left the second time and didn't even bother to install the dryer on the base - which was also ordered through Best Buy. It was the least they could do, but too much bother I guess. I love the washer and dryer and in the end, the pedestal was a good thing or I'd have to get on the floor to empty the dryer, which with my arthritis, would not have been good, so plan on the pedestal unless you are stacking them. I'd highly recommend the washer, but not the service from Best Buy.
