Fast and proper installation. They made sure machine was in level. They gave us care recommendations s well. The boys used all new hoses and parts.

The installation team was simply outstanding! They removed the old dryer and installed the new one efficiently. They took all the trash as well! Very helpful - walked thru how to use the different settings and completed the initial run to ensure the factory oils were "burnt" off prior to the first use of the dryer. Great job!

The dryer and pedestal were installed by separate delivery teams on different dates Both teams came on time and did a very good job of installing the dryer and then at a later date installing the pedestal. The pedestal team also was very good to install customer-provided anti-vibration pads underneath the legs of the pedestal. The new machine has an anti-vibration function built-in, but I had the pads from the old machine and felt they could be useful when the machine gets older. Neither team brought their own level to test the proper leveling of the machine, but both teams were very cooperative in using a customer-provided level to do that job. Not all homeowners have their own levels, and may not think to ask about that important installation requirement, so I deducted one star for that omission.

Installers did an excellent job. They used straps to carry the dryer down some steep basement steps without a scratch. This was a quality, professional delivery, just as I’d hoped. Note that they replaced a dryer that had been damaged during delivery by a different contractor. Best Buy deserves credit for making things right.

Works Beautifully! No Issues! Great design, Quiet, Outstanding!

While the installers were friendly and got the machine installed. They seemed rushed to show how it works. I had to ask them to switch the direction the door opened, and he kind of huffed about it, but he did get it done. Overall it was much easier than getting it to my house and installing it myself.

It was fine. They were actually early - which was nice. But they didn't seem to care that our venting was just smashed behind the dryer, so we had to fix that ourselves.

The installation crew had the dryer connected quickly and ran a test run to be sure it was operating properly. Then they went over operating instructions. And they DIDN’T BANG UP ANY DOORS OR WALLS.

The installation was smooth and professional. The old dryer was removed and the new dryer was installed and properly connected. There was some discussion about installation on an existing pedestal, which was not shown on the work order, but was mentioned at the time of purchase of the dryer. The dryer was installed as customer requested. Great Job!

The two men that delivered and installed our washing machine did a very good job. They were courteous, knowledgeable and wore masks the entire time they were here. It was great not having to worry about the old washing machine, as they took it away with them.
