The install was fast and easy through Best Buy and the machines clean and dry very well! Would recommend getting your appliances needs handled with Best Buy.

They seemed rushed to show how it works. I had to ask them to switch the direction the door opened, and he kind of huffed about it, but he did get it done. Overall it was much easier than getting it to my house and installing it myself.

Installation of new clothes dryer

The old dryer was removed and the new dryer was installed and properly connected. There was some discussion about installation on an existing pedestal, which was not shown on the work order, but was mentioned at the time of purchase of the dryer. The dryer was installed as customer requested. Great Job!

They were courteous, knowledgeable and wore masks the entire time they were here. It was great not having to worry about the old washing machine, as they took it away with them.

Great experience

The gentlemen had to walk around the building and then bring the washer and dryer set upstairs. They were kind enough to make sure they dried off the machines, after installation, they walked me through how to use the machines and started it to make sure everything ran smoothly. Very professional and kind.
