The guys that came out to install my dryer were on time. They were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. The dryer was installed seamlessly. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The installers came on schedule and did a professional job of installing the dryer. Because of problems with removal of old hoses from the inlet taps, the steam unit could not be installed.

We had our washer and dryer installed. The technician were great. They did the job with the utmost quality and workmanship in mind. Thank you Best We have had an Amanda for over 11 years now. Our first Amana washer and dryer each lasted over 11 years. This washer and dryer we just bought is even better. I will not have to buy another washer and dryer for at least another 11 years. Pleasant and professional. Washer and dryer installation under a fixed folding table with approx. 1/4 " clearance. Did a good job.

Electric Dryer installation was great. The professional went above and beyond to make sure the dryer was perfectly installed. Their customer service was A+. I am very grateful and thankful. Removed old clothes dryer and installed new dryer. Installers came in their promised time window. Removed old dryer hooked up power supply and used mr existing vent duct. Checked that machine worked and they were done in about 15 minutes. Answered questions

Gentleman who arrived were efficient. Looked out for the corners so they wouldn’t bang the walls and were very professional.

The installation was fast and simple, they got the job done quick and were nice enough the only problem is that they didn’t ask me where I would like what, and so the washer is in front of the dryer spot and the washer is in front of the dryer spot, it doesn’t affect much but it does bother me.

People who installed it took the expensive power plug I paid for and didn't use any of the installation kit that I bought with it. They just reused the old parts and totally failed to mention that the vent was clogged with lint which caused the new dryer to not work correctly. Only after following trouble shooting ideas off the internet did I find the problem and got a professional to clean the vent. The clog was easily visible when the vent was disconnected. The installers either didn't care or were just totally oblivious. Trying to talk to Best Buy about this was an exercise in frustration.

First two deliveries arrived damaged but replacements were immediately ordered. Third one was delivered without damage and has worked well since.

On time, very respectful and a super quick and clean install.

Two very polite and efficient gentlemen installed my dryer. Knocked off one star because i discovered after they left that they hadn't reversed the door to match the stacking washer; other than that, very happy with my install

Went well. Service people were abrupt and rude. Very much in a hurry. Had to have a different crew come back and level the machines. The stand for the dryer and the side kick washer were not delivered.

Bought a new dryer and needed to have it installed. The delivery went fine but the installer didn't hook up the dryer vent with the collar as I asked him to. Could have been better but not a deal breaker.

My step son who is over 18 was left in charge of being home for the delivery and setup of our new dryer. Needless to say I was a little nervous, but when I arrived home I was totally amazed that everything was set up and done as promised!!! They did an outstanding job!! Not only did they uninstall and move my old dryer to the exact spot I requested they then installed my new dryer perfectly. I couldn't of asked for better service!!!!

I left the washer and dryers but the people that put it in wasn't very professional I was supposed to get the metal hoses they gave me the rubber hoses they handed me the metal hoses and said take them back to the store and get a refund my latch on my washer is loose like the screws is stripped but overall I like the machines
