The installers did a good job eventually. The first time they dropped the washer on it and dented the dryer. However, they let us keep the dryer until they could bring another one which the did perfectly. Accidents happen but they fixed the situation very quickly.

Gentleman who arrived were efficient. Looked out for the corners so they wouldn’t bang the walls and were very professional.

The guys were efficient and careful. It was exactly what I expected from Best Buy. They also installed the washer and dryer on the pedestals which was a little tricky and not for the casual home owner to try. However, Electrolux does not mention in the "products needed" at purchase that the steam connection kit was needed at time of install. I had to go back to the store for that later and the Geek Squad guys had to come back and install it: no cost to me. I am pleased with the overall install.

The two man Best Buy installation crew were just great. They arrived on time, moved our new washer and dryer to the top level of our home efficiently and carefully, and installed it with no problems. During the installation, they were patient with our questions and maintained a very positive attitude. They deserve a raise!!!

This is the second time in a row that BestBuy installed my stacked washer and dryer set without properly attaching the dryer vent. First time was when we replaced the dryer, the second when we later replaced the washer. The second time I even called them back as they got into the truck and showed them that the vent wasn’t attached in the back. They “fixed it” and it looked like it was sealed. But after a load of laundry it was unattached again. I provided them with clamps (which they did not use) and the proper tape (which they did use). The two clamps I provided and the tape I provided are all gone. I didn’t notice they took my tape at the time. And assumed they used the clamp(s). Dryer now venting into our basement laundry room and I either have to deal with another half day of waiting for people to show up and probably do it wrong AGAIN, or I have to spend half a day going to HD to get the supplies needed and struggle to pull out the stacked set and do it myself so I know it is done right. The delivery install guys were very nice but that doesn’t help when they aren’t trained to do the job correctly and/or don’t care if it is done correctly. I’ve had very good experiences purchasing our laundry appliances from BB in past but this time around I am really unimpressed with end results.

The Best Buy installer arrived on time and proceeded with knowledge. He carefully installed both our new dryer and washer. He then cheerfully showed me tips for using both machines correctly and for best results. When they left, nothing was left to clean up- they removed all the packing materials! Great team!

Initial delivery and installation was subpar, the guys were late, they rushed and installed it improperly. It was completely unusable because of how they installed it We asked them to come back and fix it, but they refused and said there had other jobs (5 mins after leaving). I had to call to schedule a different appointment (that they no showed) then finally someone came after calling and complaining again. That team was awesome, fixed it with in 15 minutes. That’s why I’m giving it a 4 star instead of a 1 star. I would still recommend going with them if you do not know how to find a pro on your own but if you don’t mind finding your own installer then I would not recommend.

Great install! They had the right wiring and plug and had a couple options for the vent to fit the space and distance. Nicely done by professionals, so quick and so right!

Our first dryer developed a grinding noise after several uses and BB went out of their way and replaced it promptly to avoid any inconveniences. Second dryer delivers on time and works perfectly with no issue thus far. This will be our 3rd Whirlpool and we hope it will last another 16 years. Keep up the good work BB! and remember this: Reputation will last a long time.

The installers were diligent, making sure that they do not hit walls, doors, or other objects while moving the dryer. They had a very tight space to work with, they did it with ease and professionalism.

I am very happy with the great features of the GE Electric Dryer. Starting for the recognized GE Brand the auto dry sensor is an outstanding feature that represents great energy consumption savings and the time dedicated to verifying if the bed linen and clothes are dry. Another feature that I like is the upfront lint filter, very accessible and easy to clean. This dryer is the perfect combination to the GE model GTW465ASNWW Top Load Washer Machine with 4.5 cubic feet and great features like precise fill, deep clean, rinse among others.

The installer asked where I wanted my washer and dryer and set them up quickly. He made sure I was happy with everything before leaving.

Now that the dryer was finally installed I could use both the washer and the dryer. I could not use the dryer for nearly two weeks after delivery due the vent kit from Best Buy did not fit my oval wall unit. I had to purchase a vent kit from Home Depot to fit my oval wall unit. Thanks Christopher and Quinn!
