Fanatic install, the guys were extremely professional and courteous to my grandmother. I am very thankful to them! And it was shockingly quick, they called to tell me they were almost there and it wasn’t 15 minutes later they called back to inform me it was all done. Checked it out later and it was perfect. 10/10 experience.

This installation was perfect. They called me 30 min before the arrival, they were very cautious with carpet, walls, doors, etc. They explained all the process and together we verified the appliances. Finally, they installed the washer and the dryer perfectly. Luke team and Torey supervisor made an awesome job. Thank you.

Best Buy's Geek Squad installers are very professional. They were very careful when installing our dryer (no scratches or breaks). They also made sure everything was working correctly, and they took the time to answer all of my questions; they even demonstrated how some of the features on my dryer worked.

My delivery team came out on time, in a terrible winter ice storm. They carried the new washer and dryer up 3 flights of stairs and removed my old washer and dryer, and installed the new set in 1/2 an hour. They cleared away the packaging and gave me time to clean the floor before the new set was installed. Fast, Friendly, and Efficient.

New dryer install was an easy choice to make. The dryer was put in and hooked up, tested, and every aspect reviewed before the crew left. Clean, fast, no worries!

The two men who came and removed my old dryer and installed the new one were excellent. I highly recommend Manhattan's Best Buy and it's installation team. They were professional and worked quickly. They were both personable and worked quickly and competently. They made sure the machine worked before leaving.

They seemed to do a god job of installation, but there was a language barrier there. I have VERY small concerns everything was done correctly - including leveling. They seemed to rush a bit. I will re-visit this post if there are any problems.

My dryer was installed without any issues. They called to let me know they were available earlier than excepted and that worked out better for me. Quick to install and very friendly! Dryers works great. So happy I chose Best Buy after a huge hassle trying to get the same product installed with another company

Installation of my dryer went very well and I have no comments or recommendations regarding the installer or the time it took for the installation.

THE GUYS CALLED AHEAD AND WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE PLEASANT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. MY COMPLAINT IS THE HOOK UPS. ON THE DRYER THEY ONLY HAVE ROUND HOSES CLAMPS ETC. NEWER HOMES HAVE THE OVAL , MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE ADAPTER BEFORE THEY SHOW OR YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY AND REINSTALL LIKE I DID. THE WASHING MACHINE INSTALL WENT FINE FOR THE EXCEPTION THEY DID NOT SECURE THE DRAIN HOSE AND I ENDED UP WITH A LAUNDRY ROOM FULL OVER WATER. ONCE I SECURED IT HAS BEEN SOMEWHAT FLAWLESS. THEY WILL RUN A TEST CYCLE IN BOTH BUT THE WASHER MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED AFTER YOU WASH YOU FIRST REAL LOAD. HAVE THE ADJUSTMENT TOOL HANDY AND HOPE THE FRONT IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED.
