The two gentleman that came to the house were very professional, very polite, and genuinely made it feel like they cared about our products and made sure to be careful in our house. They removed the two older units from the upstairs and installed them in a matter of an hour. They ran a test load and taught us how to use it, as well as explained the features.

Easy to schedule, lots of reminders of date, time and how to be ready for the installation. Arrived right on time. Both installers wore face masks and gloves for Covid safety. Quick and efficient, but didn’t cut any corners. The most professional appliance installation we’ve experienced.

The installer was prepared with all the tools and items to complete the job. He was very friendly and had a good attitude. One of the items bundled with my purchase was a new dryer vent. Upon inspection, my installer noted that my old vent was in great condition. He asked me if I wanted to install the new vent or use the one already installed. I chose to return the new vent and save money. What I found important was that the installer was conscious enough to see that I did not need a new vent and allowed me to make the decision. He could have just installed it and tossed my old one in the garbage. Instead, he chose to allow me to add value and trust to my transaction. Smart and honest installer in my book and I recommend using this service.
