Quick, professional, helpful and approachable. Definitely love my Washer and dryer from Bestbuy. They are working around the clock with no difficulty.

This installation was pretty much a failure. The tube that expels excess water from the dryer was not connected properly to the drain tube, so water shot all over the floor in the laundry closet. Flooded into the hallway and stained the carpet. Wasn't sure what the source was originally and had them come back. They looked things over and claimed it was the washer, and I needed a new one. Subsequently I watched the set closely during a wash and dry cycle and discovered the culprit. I retrieved the dryer's owners manual and figured out how to fix it. Unfortunately the installer took away a part I needed to fix. Messed around at Home Depot trying to find a part that would work. Couldn't. I went to Amazon and after a couple of tries I ordered the right sized part (a connecting tube elbow). Anyway after a lot of time and hassle I fixed it myself.

I like it .. very nice and elegant .. spacious .....

The guys who delivered my washer/dryer and installed it were very professional and polite. I had thought I was wrong about the measurements and that the units would not fit where I wanted them to go but they worked their magic and fit them in nice and tight without scratching anything. Good job!

The install was fine as with the washer. It took three trips to finally get everything done, and I still do not really know why, but along with the service rep speculate it’s third-party installers that were farm are ready to have an excuse not to install and have to come back then do the work. During the second install attempt, they even refused to answer their phone, although it was during the period of time they were supposed to be installing the washer and dryer.

Excellent service kind young adults they explained how to use the appliance and they installed very quickly.

Installation of my dryer went very well and I have no comments or recommendations regarding the installer or the time it took for the installation.

The recent installation of our washer/dryer combo could not have been completed with less enthusiasm towards customer service. Granted, the busy holiday season surely made folks in every industry feel more stress than usual, but the service provided in this case has me questioning whether I want to be involved in an appliance purchase/install from Best Buy again. This review comes more than a month following my installation as I did not want to write out of frustration and to be as fair as possible. With the washer/dryer stackable units themselves, I am pleased. During the install, however, I informed the installers I had the stacking piece available to complete the install. I was told "we do not stack if it's not on the ticket". I explained I was told I needed to be sure to have the stackable system available when the installers arrived (that piece was not available at Best Buy at time of purchase) and that the team would take care of it. Long story short, the delivery team was not going to provide this service, period. Even though on page 1 of 2 under "Electric Washer/Dryer Delivery Installation" provided by Best Buy it states the installation service includes (bullet point two): "Stacking of a compatible dryer of the same brand using a new or compatible existing laundry stacking kit". Again, it was apparent this team/company was not going to provide this service regardless of what I said. Then, three weeks later when we hired folks stack our units, it was discovered the dryer vent installed had never been tightened at all to the dryer using the screws provided with the kit. We had a great experience with the sales team and the appliances themselves are working great - no complaints there. It is our suggestion, however, that future customers clearly understand and have in writing prior to your delivery what will/will not be done for you.

The installers were great. When they went to reverse the door to open in the other direction, they discovered that the screws holding the door on were stripped and the dryer would have to be switched out for another dryer. We appreciated being able to keep and use this dryer until another one could be delivered.

The 2 guys who delivered and hooked up dryer were great. And I like that the dryer open 2 ways.

Delivered and installed with no issues. Quick, neat and clean.

I had to level myself after they finished installing. When I had a load of laundry going it was making so much noise I thought it was going to fall through the floor. Definitely recommend having a load ready to test while they are there to make sure it is absolutely level.

Great job on the install. Not so thrilled with the product but that’s on me. Will need a service call to see if it is working properly.

New dryer install was an easy choice to make. The dryer was put in and hooked up, tested, and every aspect reviewed before the crew left. Clean, fast, no worries!

After the first dryer that was delivered damaged when we got anothere undamaged one the install went great!
