The two gentleman that came to the house were very professional, very polite, and genuinely made it feel like they cared about our products and made sure to be careful in our house. They removed the two older units from the upstairs and installed them in a matter of an hour. They ran a test load and taught us how to use it, as well as explained the features.

Easy to schedule, lots of reminders of date, time and how to be ready for the installation. Arrived right on time. Both installers wore face masks and gloves for Covid safety. Quick and efficient, but didn’t cut any corners. The most professional appliance installation we’ve experienced.

Antonio and other person came to install the dryer and remove the one we were exchanging, they were very careful with removing and bringing in the new dryer. They installed it fast and properly. Great and helpful service.

Delivery was on the Date/time specified with calls ahead of time to indicate they were coming. Deliverymen were very professional and did a fantastic job installing the dryer and removed all of the packaging when complete. I am totally satisfied.

Both the washer & dryer work great. Delivery of both appliances went smooth. The dryer had 2 small dents from the clamp forklift from the warehouse. Some additional packing material is needed. I reported it to Best Buy and was sent a $40 gift card. Customer service was excellent!

Installation was great and guys were careful about tracking in mud and were able to answer questions about both the LG washer and dryer. I appreciated their professionalism.

Super installation crew. Arrived on time. Gave great notice and updates until they arrived. Clean, efficient. Went straight to work. Cleaned up all packing. Removed old dryer. Very quick and very polite.

The guys that came were on time, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They were in and out in no time. My old dryer was removed and the new installed with no issues. They leveled it and hooked it up with and made sure it ran properly. I was told to run it for 30 minutes to get the factory smell out and I was good to go. Very professional, yet friendly.

The two installation techs did a fantastic job. Took the time and effort to do it correctly, and explained the functions and how to use. Equipment was working great when they left the house. They cleaned up the area and answered all questions I had. Great teamwork.

The 3rd time around they did a great job! It was the 3rd dryer delivered to us! Hopefully it will be the last one!? Guys did a good job of installing the pedestal on the dryer and installed it right next to the matching washer, in a very tight space!
