Home delivery and installation was excellent. I wish I was explained what the different options in the dryer are for, especially steam related options. I was surprised with how little time was spent to do everything with quality!

Best Buy's Geek Squad installers are very professional. They were very careful when installing our dryer (no scratches or breaks). They also made sure everything was working correctly, and they took the time to answer all of my questions; they even demonstrated how some of the features on my dryer worked.

This installation was perfect. They called me 30 min before the arrival, they were very cautious with carpet, walls, doors, etc. They explained all the process and together we verified the appliances. The two guys who showed up were totally professional. They explained what they would be doing step-by-step. They carried the washer and dryer up a flight of stairs and installed both in rather tight quarters. Cannot thank them enough for also watching out for our house, stairs, walls, etc. A job well done.

My delivery team came out on time, in a terrible winter ice storm. They carried the new washer and dryer up 3 flights of stairs and removed my old washer and dryer, and installed the new set in 1/2 an hour. They cleared away the packaging and gave me time to clean the floor before the new set was installed. Fast, Friendly, and Efficient.

The two men who came and removed my old dryer and installed the new one were excellent. I highly recommend Manhattan's Best Buy and it's installation team. They were professional and worked quickly. They were both personable and worked quickly and competently. They made sure the machine worked before leaving.

My dryer was installed without any issues. They called to let me know they were available earlier than excepted and that worked out better for me. Quick to install and very friendly! Dryers works great. So happy I chose Best Buy after a huge hassle trying to get the same product installed with another company

Pretty simple job. Very quick once they got there, but after they left I had to tweak the leveling a bit. The job was adequate but not spectacular.

They seemed to do a god job of installation, but there was a language barrier there. I have VERY small concerns everything was done correctly - including leveling. They seemed to rush a bit. I will re-visit this post if there are any problems.

The guys were patient and professional. My new lg had the door that drops and swings. The door had to have the direction changed, and it’s not for the faint of hear. The delivery guys just rolled with it took their time and never let it show.

Our delivery was on time and the installation was quick. My only complaint is that the door for the dryer was attached to the wrong side; I wish they had asked us which side we wanted the doors on before attaching them.

The guys were extremely nice and on time. They called ahead so that I could put my dogs away and everything. My only complaint is that they didn’t tighten down the dryer vent and it began to vent into my laundry room.
