Installers were very professional, on time, and completed the task in a timely an professional manner.

The dryer installation was quick and easy, kudos to the installers for doing a great job. They brought the necessary tools and parts that were needed so nothing from our side was required. I always recommend having their installment no mater what the product is.

They phoned twice to check and confirm installation time. Very punctual and capable. Had to switch door opening direction and mount dryer on top of washer in a confined space. All perfect which is why I give 5 stars. They did not wear shoe covers though which was disappointing as our laundry is upstairs and we have beige carpet....

We purchased the installation of the new washer and dryer, because they would take the old machines away and the installers had done many installs previously even for our brand. They arrived on time: it went smoothly and painlessly.

I'm giving these guys 5 stars. I'm not surprised they got over 4 stars out of almost 14,000 reviews. Surely these are reviews from all over. I can only reply to my installers in middle Georgia, however they were great. There were some problems with the service order and they resolved the issue on the spot. I'll purchase again from Best Buy because of the people who provide the onsite and in store service. They're great!

Bought new laundry machines for my fiancé. Had Best Buy remove old machines and install new ones, and ensure updated/upgraded options were correctly installed. The tech that installed the machines was helpful and patient with all questions, including steam option and other details, which truly set her mind at ease for using these new machines.

Super service. Arrived at scheduled appointment time with a courtesy call prior. Hauled off old equipment. Worked to allow area cleanup before installation. Efficient installation and demonstration. No mess. Truly a great two man crew.

Within less than twenty minutes both my old washer and dryer had been removed and put on the truck and my new ones installed and ready to go. They even gave me a brief rundown on all the settings and how to ensure to keep the washer smelling fresh. Very happy with the results.

The gentalmen we're not only on time, they were early. The communicated we LL until their arrival. The installation was Swift and professional. Moreover, the installers explained all we needed to know to get the washer and dryer going. I'll admit I had my concerns about how things would go, but now, I have no regrets.

It took almost a month to get the dryer installed because the first guys couldn't figure out the stacking kit and then they took it with them. No one at Geek Squad call center seemed to know how to get another stacking kit so it dragged on for weeks. Finally the Best Buy salesman who sold me the unit was able to get it resolved by ordering another dryer (the stacking kit came with it). We are happy with the dryer but it did take a long time to get it up and running.

The installers put in my dryer quickly which I appreciated, they both seemed to have plenty of experience doing installs, so the experience apparent in their work. I would allow them to do future work based on this experience.
