The guys who delivered and installed my dryer were so professional! They were on time and took great care to take it off the truck in bring it in the house and install it. Very professional. Couldn't ask for better guys!

Everything went smoothly, the guys were professional and gave us great training on using the products.

Our first installation was done by a second hand company and not done right. We then called Best Buy and they sent the geek squad (or the experts) and it was fixed very quickly. The follow-up by Best Buy was excellent.

Great install! They had the right wiring and plug and had a couple options for the vent to fit the space and distance. Nicely done by professionals, so quick and so right!

Bought this new to match an "open box" washing machine. Easy to connect the dryer cord and exhaust vent. Steam dry function is nice. Quiet. Efficient. We are very happy with this appliance

The Geek Squad didnt connect my steam function on my dryer because the supplied components from the manufacturer arent sufficient. I dont understand whats in the installation kit then. Also the Geek Squad told me it costs a hundred dollars to swap the door so its opens from the opposite side. They told me it was four screws and i literally had to disassemble the door to change the hinges. Also in the process broke the tabs of the plastic covers which are impossible to get out.

Overall, my installation experience was good as my washer and dryer were installed well and work, but I wish they arrived during the actual arrival window as no on enjoys sitting in a house all day waiting for them.

Washer works great. I gave 'sales person' my old stacked dryer measurements. He assured me I could reuse the old stackable kit & the dryer would fit over the new washer. Surprise !!! When the installers delivered my washer they said it would be a 'liability' to stack my old dryer and I needed a new stackable kit. They installed washer and left my old dryer in my kitchen. Drove back to outlet 44 miles round trip. Explained what installer told me and had to buy a dryer, not in my budget. They did not charge me for stackable kit, install, etc. So don't trust the sales person.

They installed my dryer and attached the power....I could never do this....and getting it in the basement..a miracle

The installation of the dryer was relatively easy for the crew who did the work. The only thing that took time was levelling it.
