The guys were extremely nice and on time. They called ahead so that I could put my dogs away and everything. My only complaint is that they didn’t tighten down the dryer vent and it began to vent into my laundry room.

THE GUYS CALLED AHEAD AND WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE PLEASANT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. MY COMPLAINT IS THE HOOK UPS. ON THE DRYER THEY ONLY HAVE ROUND HOSES CLAMPS ETC. NEWER HOMES HAVE THE OVAL , MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE ADAPTER BEFORE THEY SHOW OR YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY AND REINSTALL LIKE I DID. THE WASHING MACHINE INSTALL WENT FINE FOR THE EXCEPTION THEY DID NOT SECURE THE DRAIN HOSE AND I ENDED UP WITH A LAUNDRY ROOM FULL OVER WATER. ONCE I SECURED IT HAS BEEN SOMEWHAT FLAWLESS. THEY WILL RUN A TEST CYCLE IN BOTH BUT THE WASHER MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED AFTER YOU WASH YOU FIRST REAL LOAD. HAVE THE ADJUSTMENT TOOL HANDY AND HOPE THE FRONT IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED.

The Best Buy delivery team had the new dryer installed in just 15 minutes, which included installing the new power cord and dryer vent. They also removed the old dryer (which has an insignificant removal charge) and were a joy to have from the moment they arrived up until they left. A true professional team of (2) perfect gentlemen!

If you are not handy, this is definitely worth your hard earned mula. Buy the totaltech if you purchase anything of value. The great part of it is that Best Buy will install and/or mount whatever. That is worth $200 right there. They installed it with the proper hardware and were efficient

The dryer install went quickly. Afterward, we realized that although the dryer is level side to side is not level front to back. The dryer door does not stay open.

I had Best Buy installation of a washer and dryer with steam a few months ago. As of a few days ago something went wrong that caused the dryer upon startup to electrify the washing machine and create a visible electrical arc between the washer and the water line that was so powerful it burnt through the stainless steel water line and caused a leak When we had an electrician take a look at the installation, they concluded it was likely due to the fact that the water lines were in contact with both machines and the metal outlet cover on the wall, as well as the metal dryer vent. After the electrician replaced our outlet for the sake of safety, we discovered other interesting things when we pulled out the washer/dryer further to work on replacing the melted water line. 1. When the installers pushed the washer and dryer against the wall, they crushed the living doo-doo out of the dryer badly in two spot and also completely mangled it where it connected to the dryer. I'm talking one point in the line being crushed to about 25% of the diameter of the vent. 2. Even worse? The installation for a washer and steam dryer requires that one hot water line goes directly to the washer and the cold watter supply is split by a Y connector and feeds the cold intake on the washer and dryer. The installers connected the hot water line directly to the dryer (WRONG!) and connected both cold water outputs from the water to the washer so that even its hot water intake was being fed cold water. Sorry, but while its unprovable that installer incompetence nearly got me electrocuted to death, the fact that they just smooshed the vent and didn't even have the skill to avoid connecting the same cold water source to both intakes on the washer leaves me with little doubt that they contributed somehow. Also, FWIW, I had a range delivered by Best Buy and while they were extremely careful to avoid scratching my wood flooring when slid the range in, they completely forgot to be careful when they took the old range out and scratched my dining room floor. 0/10. Two strikes you're out. Will NEVER have Best Buy install anything EVER again.

They installed my dryer and attached the power....I could never do this....and getting it in the basement..a miracle

The dryer works great but the installers left grease and did not properly walk me through the process.

The people who installed this was very fast. 2 guys placed it while the other once attached the connections. They were done in about 10 minutes from unloading to loading the old one.

Very professional and clean install. The team is very courteous and do the job with no complaints.

I was very happy with the installation. I was able to chose the actual delivery date and time frame. Best Buy called me the day before to confirm and they called me when they were on their way here. They did a great job installing and took time to explain how the items worked.

Yes, I truly believe Best Buy's now the place to purchase all your basic home utilities, they're sales very often beat the price of all competitors which was the case for us. The Best Buy delivery and utility install department was outstanding. Delivered and installed via a complex install job at our house perfectly, all within 24 hours of my initial on-line purchase which was on July 4th. We were impressed on all fronts. We highly recomend checking Best Buy out for utilities, as I had no idea until discovering this reality on-line when I desperately needed a rapid solution. No one else could get the job done any where near as quickly as Best Buy did for us that Holiday weekend. Note: I ordered washer and dryer on 4th of July, and it was all delivered, and very involved installation job was completle within 24 hours, and was accomplished at the lowest price available that 4th of July weekend, everything installed, old units removed and disposed of by July 5th. Very impressive service.
