The installation of the dryer was relatively easy for the crew who did the work. The only thing that took time was levelling it.

Was well pleased with the Guys that delivered and installed our washer and Dyer. They were very knowledgeable and know what they doing. Would recommend them. If you buy anything from Best Buy of Johnson City and get it delivered or installed you want go wrong with these guys.

Installers were not familiar enough with ventless dryers. It took the fix-it geek squad to get it working properly by not having the drain hose pushed so far down the drain. Using the u-shaped plastic piece that comes with the dryer to prevent crimping, it also prevents the hose from being pushed too far down the drain. Also, joe referred me to the one page in the dryer manual that tells how large a load is to be put in for various cycles..important . joe was excellent in all ways. Will definitely use Best Buy again, as we have over the years. Their service is 2nd to none.

Alan and assistant were simply spectacular! They were really professional at removing the old washer and dryer and efficiently installed the new machines despite space challenges, all without any marks or scratches at all!

The installers that came out were very professional and courteous with all of their work. They were respectful of our doorways, property, and wishes for placement. I'd do it again to save me the hassle of trying to drag a large object through the garage into the house. Thanks guys.

The team was careful getting the dryer to the laundry room. They installed it quickly and professionally. They tested it before leaving and all was working properly.

I needed a unit that could fit in a small space and this product is the perfect size. Very energy efficient and no vent to worry about as a fire hazard. Just had to get used to letting clothes sit for a few minutes to fully dry.

Delivery & installation was easy. The guys from Best Buy did a good job. They called me ahead of time like I requested. They had to stack my washer & dryer. Quick & easy. They were courteous and friendly

Again, the install team was great! They asked exactly where I wanted the dryer installed, provided answers to questions, cleaned up and hauled away the old one with no issues.

The delivery team took great care in unpacking of the dryer and in bringing the dryer into the house. They tested the dryer to make sure it was properly functioning before leaving.

This is a must. I am not equipped to install my own dryer.

This guys were fast, knowledgeable and hilarious. The monotony of the of working from home has had it’s toll. These guys worked promptly and put a smile on my face while installing the dryer. They also gave me thirty minutes notice before arriving.

I liked especially the extra care the installation guys took in clarifying the importance of checking from-time-to-time the dryer exhaust duct. The installation was well and quickly done, reflecting the team’s experience.

I am most impressed with level of communication I received from the Geek Squad with regard to my installation. The driver called several days before, the day before and the morning of delivery. Once here, both young men were professional and worked quickly and efficiently.

The installation team provided the service on time and professionally. It took me a while to figure out what different drying options mean and how exactly those options differ from each other. I have not found any issue with the dryer so far.

I was concerned about a tight fit and installation in the existing space plus the power, water and other issue such as Steam drying and Cold water washing. The crew did a fantastic job and made everything work plus runnig a test in front of me and explaining the functions.
