Getting my dryer professionally installed was a breeze! They made the process super quick and easy.

We love this dryer, but we have had some issues with the sensor cutting the dry time short and indicating a blockage. We have cleaned out the entire vent line and our house is only two years old, so there is no blockage. We think the issue is that our dryer vent leads up and out the rooftop instead of out through the side of the house? We have even went onto the rooftop and can feel the air pushing out-no blockage. We have done everything we can, but it still cuts dry time short and indicates a blockage. I have to repeat a few cycles to get things completely dry.

The installers called an hour before arriving to ensure that all was a go. When they arrived they removed the old units and begin the necessary install of the new dryer unit. All went quickly and without any issues. Wow, wonderful service!

Everything went smoothly. Delivered on time within the window they gave me. The workers delivered and installed it without issue and took great care when unloading and unpacking it from the truck. They hauled away all the garbage and it was completely hands-off and stress free for me. Would definitely use the service again.

All of the technicians were terrific! I would definitely recommend Best Buy as they were some issues that I had, but they were completely honored.

After the first crew came out to install my washer snd dryer, snd didn’t install it correctly a second crew came out and installed a brand new dryer. They where great, fast, polite and made sure before they left I knew how to work my new washer snd Dyer

I'm giving these guys 5 stars. I'm not surprised they got over 4 stars out of almost 14,000 reviews. Surely these are reviews from all over. I can only reply to my installers in middle Georgia, however they were great. There were some problems with the service order and they resolved the issue on the spot. I'll purchase again from Best Buy because of the people who provide the onsite and in store service. They're great!

Installers came on time and laughed without making a mess

The guys did a great job with the installation but could not hook up the connection for the steam function on the dryer. It needs a part to connect to water which we did not know prior to purchase.

The guys that installed my dryer was quick, efficient and nice.

Purchased the Samsung Electric Dryer 11/19/21 it worked great, so far its doing what it supposed to do, my only disappointment is I have to Purchased all the connections.

I received great service during installation of a new dryer. Installers provided a date and time range for install, called the day off to give a more accurate time and showed up on time. They were friendly, professional, installed with no issues and made sure to answer any questions I had. Excellent service all around.

Washer works great. I gave 'sales person' my old stacked dryer measurements. He assured me I could reuse the old stackable kit & the dryer would fit over the new washer. Surprise !!! When the installers delivered my washer they said it would be a 'liability' to stack my old dryer and I needed a new stackable kit. They installed washer and left my old dryer in my kitchen. Drove back to outlet 44 miles round trip. Explained what installer told me and had to buy a dryer, not in my budget. They did not charge me for stackable kit, install, etc. So don't trust the sales person.

Nice to have for easy install of the venting to the outside portal. Especially if you don’t have many tools in the household

The installers are very quick, polite and efficient. They were careful with the installation (no damage to walls, floors or wood trim). They balance the dryer and provided me with all the paperwork and a good demonstration. After completing the job, they removed all the boxes and unwanted debris.

I Used it and works well for me, I like the dryer.
