Very professional, on time. Got the install done fairly quickly

The dryer was missing a nut. The installers were looking at it for a while outside my house. Got a phone call from customer service, "What's going on there?!" I was taken off-guard by the abrupt question. I had no clue, as the installers hadn't come to tell me. Customer service said she could barely understand them. After they dilly-dallyed a bunch with a lot of back and forth, my husband decided to just go pick up the nut from the hardware store (thank goodness he's handy!). We would have had to wait for the piece to be mailed to us if he hadn't, which would have been upsetting since I wanted to use the dryer that day. While he was gone the installers decided to quickly finish up and leave, seemingly so they could be done sooner and not have to install the dryer themselves. They rushed over the completion form with me; I wasn't even sure what I was looking at. When my husband got back he had to spend at least half an hour installing the dryer himself. When the nuts arrived in the mail weeks later, not a single one was the correct one! At least the washer was installed without a problem. The washer and dryer have both worked fine.

The crew called ahead to install a replacement for a damaged dryer. They were very professional, had all the necessary parts, and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I had a team of 2 guys come out and deliver and install my new GE dryer. Martin and Ramon were exceptional, to say the least. The whole thing was so quick and they had excellent product knowledge. Needless to say, my dryer works great. These guys are professionals and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Best Buy!

The installation of our washing machine/dryer was very quick and smooth. They give you a call when they are close by and are very knowledgeable about the appliances they install. I’m glad they explained what we needed and how to start using our machine.

Not only did they arrive on time but were very professional and courteous. They wore their PPE equipment also without even being asked to do so. Both guys were nude enough to slide the units down after they had finished. Great job Best Buy!

The dryer installation went fine. The guys installing it were professional.

So far, Dryer is doing great. the service team found a flaw in the dryer they delivered and arranged for a swap out of a new one. I would not have noticed the issue until it became a problem. Best service in town.

I'm giving these guys 5 stars. I'm not surprised they got over 4 stars out of almost 14,000 reviews. Surely these are reviews from all over. I can only reply to my installers in middle Georgia, however they were great. There were some problems with the service order and they resolved the issue on the spot. I'll purchase again from Best Buy because of the people who provide the onsite and in store service. They're great!

I ordered a steam option for this and after installation I found out that it was not set up (after they left). They also would not put the dryer vent on.

Installers did a great job. They were a bit late based on window the installation center gave us but it was only an hour.

Two men came to remove my old dryer and install the new one. They arrived at the 3rd hour in their 4 hour window, and seemed to be in a rush to get it in and go. They recommended not using the exhaust that I ordered with the dryer, suggesting another method which involved leaving my existing "telescope" duct and snaking the new one onto it.... crazy. I asked them to do it the right way (which worked) and took only 3 minutes. They left in a flash, before I realized they had not hooked up the water hoses that are included for the steam features of the dryer. Guess they wanted to knock off early!

The two young men who installed my two new laundry appliances were very courteous and worked very quickly with the installation. They were very careful when removing my old appliances and gave me a quick guide as to the use of the appliances.

We ordered a washer and dryer set with professional installation. The team is professional, and gave us a call prior to arrival which saved us from having to wait 5 hours. They completed the installation quickly and tested everything before leaving.

The installer was knowledgeable, and made sure everything worked before he left. He gave us a little hint about one of the features, too.
